Vagelis collected us from the airport & was very welcoming. Hotel lovely location in Old Town. 1st floor room with balcony over pool area. Great view of mountains behind. Room clean & tidy, plenty of storage space & nice size. Tasty breakfast, staff friendly & explained menu alternatives. Self service drinks and food to table

Fantastic holiday, brilliant staff, spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend. Will definitely go again. Everyone so helpful and friendly. No problem too big or too small. They even provide airport transfers if booked direct through their website.

My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful stay at 24 Seven Boutique Hotel, it was just perfect. The staff really makes you feel at home, as they are super welcoming and sweet. We got welcomed with drinks and had so much fun with the staff and the other customers. We even went on a trip altogether, which the hotel owner had organized for the ones that were interested! You really see how he enjoys when the customers enjoy their stay, it is lovely. Besides the warm and open environment, the rooms are super nice and clean, as it was just renovated. Also, they have a restaurant just across the street with super good food. The hotel's location is also very convenient as it is located in the Old Town of Malia (which is where all the other good restaurants are located 😉).

I stayed at the hotel with my girlfriend from 26aug-5sep and we totally loved it. The hotel is just renovated and is very clean it also has a nice pool where you can relax and cool down. The hotel also gives you the possibility to include breakfast and diner both of the options are great as the food is really good. The owner of the hotel is just amazing you see the passion he has for his customers and for the hotel and he always gives everyting to give what you need and to give you a really special holiday. I did not make any pictures of the hotel because i was just not thinking about writing a review i just never do this but with this hotel i just had to and trust me its a hotel that will make your holiday perfect ;).

Absolutely everything amazing. The staff, the food and the hospitality. Thank you for all the guys there: Xenia, Gino, Dimitris and Vagelis, all of them. They are a big family and with them you feel at home! Congratulations also to the kitchen staff, the food is very tasty and good! (Also the pizza really nice and I am Italian girl) I highly recommend this place, you will never regret it!!!

I can’t recommend this place enough, James the owner was so welcoming and generous to myself and my friend. Fabulous service, we had lovely freshly cooked pizza cooked to perfection and James even made us a delicious cocktail on the house! Wonderful family run business and we can’t wait to go back! :)

The Hotel far exceeded expectations. Ideally located for everything and very attentive, helpful and kind family staff, especially Van and James - nothing was too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely use again.

My partner and I just returned from a wonderful 11 nights stay and we cannot wait to come back already. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much to ask of them. The hotel is modern and kept spotlessly clean. Our room was also cleaned every day and came with a flatscreen TV and aircon included. All of the staff were fantastic, always polite and happy. Big thank you to Kat and Vagelis for making us feel like family :) see you soon

Stayed here for a week in August. All rather last minute. From moment we arrived we were given a very warm welcome along with a lovely arrival drink. Time to catch our breath from travelling before checking in to our room. We were lucky to be staying in one of the renovated rooms. A balcony to people watch from and a view of the sea. The room was spotlessly clean and towels and bedding changed almost every day of our stay. Covid regulations in place and hand sanitiser sensibly placed at strategic points of the hotel, ie by the lift. Vagelis and Katerina made us feel very welcome indeed, breakfast was tasty each day. Vagelis is a fountain of knowledge and helped all his guests enjoy their stay. We even enjoyed a fabulous private trip around Elounda, all arranged by Van " the man" My husband said it he felt he had stayed in a nice room at a friend's house. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay in as both Vagelis and Katerina will do all they can to help you enjoy your holiday. We have our family booked to stay in August here next year, and we will be back in May.
