Just best location next to the train station and 10 min drive to the old Medina. The staff are kind and attending. Only one thing I have to note that the reception staffing has to be added more than the current two at least on weekends. I saw queuing for checking in in front of the reception desk.

Great stay at Fairmont Tazi Palace Tangier A beautiful hotel with luxurious rooms, excellent service and wonderful facilities. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the quiet location offered a beautiful view over Tangier. Definitely recommended!

## Facilities The facilities are quite new, the room type is spacious, and the bed is comfortable and easy to sleep in. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. ## Cleanliness The hygiene is exceptionally clean and tidy. After traveling from the desert in Fes and Chefchaouen, staying at the Hilton felt like returning to modern civilization. The bath towels, in particular, were incredibly soft and fluffy. ## Environment The location is excellent; it's across from the train station and next to the Tangier City Center Mall. We were also able to park for free in the underground parking lot since we drove. The outdoor pool and terrace on the 13th floor face the Mediterranean Sea, and the sea view from the 15th-floor restaurant is superb! ## Service The service is beyond words. I got an upset stomach in Chefchaouen, so when I arrived in Tangier, I had to let my partner enjoy the Hilton lounge daily while I rested and recovered. As a Hilton high-tier member, the service was excellent, with complimentary breakfast and executive lounge access. The welcome fruit platter was also more generous than most I've seen in China. During Happy Hour, there was one meat dish, one vegetarian dish, one type of sandwich, two desserts, and over 10 varieties of alcoholic beverages.

OMG such a Amazing hotel, from the moment you walk to get in, you will be friendly greeted by a security, good and fast check in, nice clean rooms!! And the staff so nice and friendly.. shout out to the wonderful frontdesk lady on 30-11-2024 that helped me a lot, and at the restaurant the wonderful Ali and the amazing cheff that cooked such an amazing Moroccan dish..

Our stay at Kenzi Salazar Hotel was generally fine, but there were a few points worth noting. The room was comfortable, however the toilet cleanliness could have been better, as it didn’t feel as fresh as expected for a hotel of this level. The restaurant service was average, staff were polite, but service was a bit slow at times and could be more attentive, especially during busy hours. The food itself was acceptable, though nothing particularly memorable. Overall, the hotel offers a decent stay, but improving cleanliness standards and restaurant service would definitely enhance the guest experience.

Service: It took more than an hour to check in at the front desk. I couldn't find the order. The manager came over and didn't ask about the situation. He got angry with me and asked me to leave. He said that I didn't respect them and wouldn't let me stay even if I paid. This was the first time I encountered this. Such unreasonable service staff. I just asked, I have been waiting for an hour, how long will it take for you to handle it.

Excellent, very comfortable apartments for living. Spacious bedrooms, living room, balcony, two bathrooms. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean. There is a small kitchen with utensils, including for cooking, a coffee machine, a mixer. We did not cook, only washed and cut fruit. There is a washing machine, you can buy detergent in the store next to the hotel (10 dirhams for a small package). There was no clothes dryer in the room upon arrival, but they brought it upon request. There is also an iron and ironing board. Free private parking. Buffet breakfast for an additional fee (adult 120 dirhams, child 12 years old - 60). In principle, it is normal, everything you need is there, but in a small assortment. I think it is a bit expensive for such a breakfast, you can have breakfast cheaper in the nearest cafes. In general, there are enough cafes and shops within walking distance. The beach is a 7-10 minute walk, taking into account that you need to cross the road. To the city center (kasbah, medina) on foot 40-50 minutes, by taxi 10 minutes, 20-30 dirhams. We went there by taxi, called on indrive, walked back on foot along the embankment. Overall I highly recommend, a great place to stay in Tangier

Everything was perfect during my trip. The receptionist was kind and informative. The döner shop in front of the hotel is also great!

This is an apartment in a multi-storey. In one of the entrances of the resepshne type. The young man took a double city tax claiming he would take for every guest. The apartment is big, there is a balcony, but the benefits end up . All old, though the house itself is new, apparently furniture was collected on dumplings. But the most important thing - no heating is provided, the air conditioner is worth, but it is broken and the remote is not available. I was frozen like dogs, heated water in pans, didn't help, sleeped dressed.
