Our experience at Constance Ephelia was memorable! The property is huge with access to 2 main beaches (south beach & north beach) depending on the time of the year south beach is unsafe to swim but North Beach is safe all year around. Additionally there are many hidden beaches along the coastline for ultimate privacy. Property is sits within the national park so you really feel part of the nature with many nature trails for hiking as well as kayaking through the mangroves, rock climbing and zip lining within the property itself. Their spa is probably one of the biggest and best we’ve experienced in the Indian ocean. The property is very picturesque, with many spots all around for photos opportunities. The staff will really go out their way to make you feel at home and ensure your dietary requirements are taken care off. They also have an on-site dive centre for additional cost but many other water activities included as part of your stay. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone travelling to Mahé island, Seychelles.From$408

It was a great hotel. With flights coming in early in the morning, an earlier check-in would’ve been helpful. Patric was very helpful and thoughtful. Also, there was Dorine who kept our room tidy; and Hamisha on the bar. All three made a great impression upon us. The gym has a bit too many treadmills and lacks in some other machines which would make a full body workout easier. I was able to alter a few exercises to complete my workout but it would be better to possibly add free-weights and dumbbells and barbells. Overall it was a beautiful location and the staff were wonderful. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.From$542

Have you ever eaten something that was missing something? Maybe an ingredient was substituted and you could tell something was not just right? Well this hotel is one of those. The property grounds are very well groomed. The buildings are constructed immaculately. The infrastructure is very well done and beautiful. The delivery of the product is just not up to what it should be for this expensive of hotel. We stayed here twice. On arrival and departure from Mahe to Nairobi. On the first visit, we arrived around 5 PM or after. It took an hour to get checked in to the hotel. Keep in mind that the checkout time is 10 AM at this hotel. So they had plenty of time to prepare the room for us. I am a lifetime diamond status with HIlton and they have my credit card on file and know how to charge it quite quickly. They know me well over the years. So that should not be a reason why it took so long to get us checked in. Granted it was a Friday evening check in so probably the B team was on staff. Maybe they had not been trained in how to run the computers as well as the daytime staff. So in advance of our second visit, I asked them if they could check us in a little faster than the previous visit. They were able to do it quicker this time at 2 PM (2 pm is normal check in starting time) but after an hour of in our room, I had to call to have our bags delivered. There was still plenty of beach time to be had. During the room orientation, I asked for a 2nd bed or have the pull out sofa bed fitted with sheets. The person said they would deliver a bed. I waited till 9 PM for them to deliver the bed. I ended up having to inquire about the bed but the person on the other line was a little confused on what I was asking for. Eventually 2 people showed up with sheets to put on the pull out bed. I guess they had changed their mind on delivering a bed. I realize that my expectations out of the Mango House maybe a little high after staying a week at the Four Seasons Desroches Island complex which was exceptional in all ways. So I kind of felt like I was staying at a poorly run Hampton Inn. In fact, I have had better service at a Hampton Inn in many cities. So even though this hotel has a really nice infrastructure, they have a long way to go to be at the level of a Four Seasons hotel as far as service goes.From$657

This hotel is located on the small island of Round Island on the island of Mahe. The hotel needs to contact the hotel by speedboat to the Eden Island terminal. There is only one hotel on the island and the Chinese live very little. We stayed at JA Hotel for four nights, the hotel's only restaurant is very good, recommend different themed dishes every day, the hotel has a good view, each Villa has its own pool and beach, you can borrow the hotel's snorkeling equipment to float on the hotel beach Dive, you can also use kayaking to go around the island, you can also borrow fishing rods to fish at the pier, and even catch a small shark, the cost is free. All the waiters in the hotel are very Nice, the whole hotel is full of natural African style, I think if there is next time, I will choose to stay here once. In addition: About the cost of the child: Each child has an extra bed and a total of one hundred euros per day About the hotel ship pick-up: you need to book one day in advance, and there is a clear charge according to the pick-up time: free pick-up and drop-off from 6 am to 6 pm on the check-in and check-out day, we arrived at the dock at 7 pm on the same day and received it. 95 Euros pick-up fee; during the stay, there are two free pick-ups every day, 9:30 in the morning and 4:30 in the evening, all at other times.From$432

The hotel has several good, not great, features. It’s on a beautiful piece of land, the staff is sweet and occasionally helpful, and the WiFi works most of the time but it’s very weak and slow. There’s one English news station on the TV, the AC works decently (though it is not strong) and it was clean. Also, parking was easy out front of the hotel. The hotel has several bad aspects. First and most obvious, it doesn’t live up to its title as resort or spa. There is a small and nice pool. There is a fitness center. There is a room for massage treatments. There’s one restaurant, and it’s average, and there is a bar. And of course there is a beach. And that’s it. This is not a resort. It is not a spa. But the hotel claims to be a resort in its ads. The staff were just not very welcoming. Checkin was slow and confused. The room was hot. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower water pressure was weak. The room was way, way overpriced (even for Seychelles which is very expensive). There was zero benefit or recognition for Hilton Honors status (I’m a Diamond member). Other than offering a bottle of water, there was no benefit and no recognition. It was really stunning. No extra points. No lounge or happy hour. No upgrade. I stayed at a Hilton because that usually improves the experience. The staff was sweet and polite (if not very helpful), but the management was aloof, dismissive, and rude. I tried to leave the hotel early, even offering to leave after the icey and confused checkin, and I was told I’d be charged if I left. That made it clear. This hotel is simply an investment for its owners and investors. The owners have done as little as possible to charge as much as possible. When the guest notices failings, management become confrontational. The front office management [Rania Asba, Front Office & Quality Manager] simply stormed away when she (after arguing for 20-30 minutes) couldn’t address the many issues. She was confused and became confrontational, which was very uncomfortable. I wanted to leave and was told I would still be charged. Management alternated between confrontational and confused, mostly confused, and only became confrontational when called on their confusion. The front office manager became indignant when confronted on the low quality, poor checkin, bad room, and many issues of low quality. On the few times she did engage, she was condescending, insecure, and dismissive. There are many nice places in Seychelles, and I will definitely be back to Seychelles, but I definitely won’t stay here again. I paid for a resort and got a basic three star hotel in a nice location. I would have paid less and had a much better experience in many of the two star hotels I visited (like Anse Soleil Beachcomber) that were far nicer and relaxing without claiming to be a resort. I would have even paid less at Hotel Savoy, a five star hotel at Beau Vallon Beach, which as a guest treated me far better than anyone at Doubletree. At the Doubletree, yFrom$278

When I arrived at the hotel I couldn’t find a door that was open so I knocked and still got no response. Finally I called and the owner told me to wait and he would be there in 15 minutes. I do not think my phone called him again as it did not show any signs of a call, but he called me back. He yelled, “I told you I’d be there in 15 minutes! Just wait.” I responded that I understood, that I hadn’t intended to call him, and I will wait. He is very rude! The hotel is very small. It is fairly clean. I’d say the one thing it has going for it is that almost everything is the same color blue, and it looks pretty good. The bed was very hard, and very uncomfortable. The bathroom is bigger and roomier than the bedroom, and I had trouble finding the light switch, (it’s in the hall by the bed). They bragged about the morning meal, but it starts very early and you have to get there early, and it’s very small. I would say overall this is a very unpleasant place to stay. Perfect hotel 🥰 Everything was amazing ! The stuff is super welcoming and pays attention to every detail❤️ the hotel is charming, the nature is crazy beautiful!!! All was on the highest level ! The food is good too! After four seasons we were scared about the food in Seychelles but in Six Senses it was good! Breakfast to villa is amazing, the restaurant menu is large enough to eat there for one week non stop. Hotel organises plenty of cool activités such as coral hunt or turtle swim, or open sky cinema..so staying a week here is not boring. Overall one of the best hotels we have been too! And huge thanks to Jacky who made our stay so special ! The only bad thing that happened to us was Green Thai curry 🤣that was the worst thing we ate (probably in our entire life). Tastes like spicy corn starch soup. they should rework it and make real coconut green curry or remove from the menu. Because Indian prawn curry is yummy don’t know what happened to Thai one 😩SOLD OUT

My reservation was a kind of transfer night due to my stay at Six Senses . Hotel is located just next to the Beau vallon beach - one of the best public beach in the Seychelles. Villas are completely not my style - I felt myself dirty while staying there. Food is totally untasty . One of the waiters shouted at me what I have found really surprising, as immediately i told here there will be a big complaint about her from my side.
The only advantage of the resort was one lady from the front desk. She was extremely helpful - because of her a get back my MacBook which will have left in the airplane. From$284

We're a family with 4 young boys and the chalet experience was perfect for us. First of all, the manager Jacob was very accommodating and helpful providing us with advice even before we had boarded the plane to go to Seychelles. Once we arrived, Jacob and the staff continued to accommodate and help and made us feel very welcomed. The rooms were perfect and clean and were cleaned every day noting we have a bunch of mess creating boys. Very happy with our stay and look forward to going again. In my humble opinion, Probably one of the best luxury resorts in the world.
Since I have been to the Seychelles many times, I have heard about this resort much earlier. Recently, property was purchased by the Anantara resorts company, what additionally encouraged us to stay in this luxurious property for several days.
The location of the hotel is one of the best in Seychelles - our villa No. 21 had an amazing view of the beach and the whole bay. The whole concept of this resort is based on providing guests with the best possible experience of their stay - the service is at the highest level. Our quest relations manager - Mathew - was amazing - that's how we had named the crab toy - the mascot we got for our kids as a present from Mathew!! We mention him with a big, broad smile on our face. Our host - butler of the Villa named Hana - was wonderful and very helpful person who fulfilled all our wishes and dreams. A very strong point of the resort is the main restaurant and its extremely talented chef - I have not yet met a person who can prepare dishes of various completely traditional world cuisines - Asian / Italian / Mediterranean / Indian. First and foremost, the hotel location is breathtaking. It is located on a beach called 
”Beau Vallon” which literally translates to “beautiful valley”. The food at the hotel was very good, especially the room service (club sandwich recommended). Friendly staff, expensive bar and room service, which is expected in a hotel.
Hotel was very clean, we didn’t have any problems with cleanliness. The internet at the hotel was good for a remote island, so don’t expect 20-30mbps speeds. If you want to get the full island experience i suggest you rent a car, taxi’s aren’t cheap.
This hotel also has the biggest pool on the island.

The ocean view room booked can indeed see the sea, but it is covered by trees, but The beach is nice, the public swimming pool is very large, and you can see many beautiful big fishes. There are several restaurants in the hotel with delicious food and pleasant service. Buffet breakfast is very tasty. The staff shows great hospitality, especially we would like to mark the work of Eranda, Aruna and Amila. These guys do outstanding job! It was very nice to have friendly conversations with them. Amila always was attentive and gave special service. We definitely can recommend Acajou hotel and truly hope we will come back one day. Thank you!

L’hôtel est perdu au milieu de nulle part. En revanche c’est très reposant , peu de monde la journée sur l’hôtel. Arrêt de bus juste devant l’hôtel si besoin. 12 roupies le ticket par personne. Possible excursion gratuite à anse lazio avec l’hôtel mais complet des jours et des jours avant , à notre arrivée nous étions là pour 5 jours et complet. On a donc louer une voiture . Piscine à côté du bar reposante et calme. Piscine du ponton très belle a débordement mais pas très propre . La plage : impraticable à cause des algues , baignade impossible mais ce n’est pas de la faute de l’hôtel. C’est un phénomène naturel , malgré lés efforts de l’hôtel pour nettoyer . Préférez Côte d’or pour la baignade grande plage sans algues . Petit déjeuner : variés , copieux , il y en a pour tous les goûts . Dîner romantique privatisé super ! Le cadre est sublime ! Le spa : on a testé chacun 1 massage , super! Chambre : propre et très bien entretenue. Douche super . Literie confortable. Terrasse vue mer super sympa . Pas mal de petit lézards sur la terrasse . The property grounds are very well groomed. The buildings are constructed immaculately. The infrastructure is very well done and beautiful. The delivery of the product is just not up to what it should be for this expensive of hotel. We stayed here twice. On arrival and departure from Mahe to Nairobi. On the first visit, we arrived around 5 PM or after. It took an hour to get checked in to the hotel. Keep in mind that the checkout time is 10 AM at this hotel. So they had plenty of time to prepare the room for us. I am a lifetime diamond status with HIlton and they have my credit card on file and know how to charge it quite quickly. They know me well over the years. So that should not be a reason why it took so long to get us checked in. Granted it was a Friday evening check in so probably the B team was on staff. Maybe they had not been trained in how to run the computers as well as the daytime staff. So in advance of our second visit, I asked them if they could check us in a little faster than the previous visit. They were able to do it quicker this time at 2 PM (2 pm is normal check in starting time) but after an hour of in our room, I had to call to have our bags delivered. There was still plenty of beach time to be had. During the room orientation, I asked for a 2nd bed or have the pull out sofa bed fitted with sheets. The person said they would deliver a bed. I waited till 9 PM for them to deliver the bed. I ended up having to inquire about the bed but the person on the other line was a little confused on what I was asking for. Eventually 2 people showed up with sheets to put on the pull out bed. I guess they had changed their mind on delivering a bed. I realize that my expectations out of the Mango House maybe a little high after staying a week at the Four Seasons Desroches Island complex which was exceptional in all ways. So I kind of felt like I was staying at a poorly run Hampton Inn. In fact, I have had better service at a Hampton Inn in many cities. So even though this hotel has a really nice infrastructure, they have a long way to go to be at the level of a Four Seasons hotel as far as service goes.

The staff member has all the time for you, walks with you after talking about the whole resort, to finish at your room. And what room, very spacious, very beautifully furnished, clean and with large balcony and spacious ”open” bathroom, shower under the blue air. View from balcony is palm forest with all sorts of birds and various shiny hagediss. A picture. The rain was beginning a little before, which made some mugs, but there were smoking pots for present so it went. Further, a delicious swimming pool, a beautiful beach, good kitchen for extensive breakfast and a delicious dinner buffet with every day other theme. At the pool bar a wide selection of delicious cocktails with sea view, very pleasant and relaxing. Just next to the resort is a bicycle rental company, so you can easily explore the whole island. In short, a pleasant stay and a recommender.

The Hotel is closed to the beach (on the beach), very good room, clear indoor and outdoor. Green palms, trees and grass. Beautiful flowers. Very polite understanding and responsive stuff! |2.06km from city centerI really enjoyed my stay at Hilton Labriz, from the very beginning when the team sent a message to align on my arrival, it was nice to get an upgrade to the Ocean Front room. The structure is very nice and I could see when I did my research online, but what impressed me was the team. Simao from the kids area. The Indonesian lady in the restaurant. Tania, the FNB manager and her team who were always taking care of the small details. Ana who received us and took us to our room. The maintenance guy from India who was taking care of our aircon, when we had a small issue. The Sri Lankan lifeguard who was very nice to us on the beach nearby. These are really committed people and they made our stay very pleasant and we couldn’t see the time passing. The food was great and we really enjoyed Café Dauban. I know that restaurants have a very good income with beverages, but at least the water we should have it free, I didn’t like paying Usd 6 for a bottle of water. I also enjoyed a lot the NY festive dinner, but Eur 600 for the 4 of us was the price of an extra night and we already had an above average price for this time of the year.

|8.03km from city centerWherever I go, the Four Seasons Smile service is always my favorite, so every time I travel, Four Seasons is my first choice.
Environment: Seychelles occupies a large area in four seasons. The beach is really sandy and blue, and there are many water projects. There are many birds around you every morning at breakfast. Snorkeling can see a lot of fish.
Hygiene: Actually, the hygiene of the room is very good, but I do n’t know why the food waste that was cleared from the room was piled on the outdoor table on the first day, and it was not found and cleared the next day, until I called Someone came to take it, maybe it was forgotten ... Overall it was good.
Service: Needless to say, the service of the four seasons is caring and all the waiters are full of smiles. The kids club also has a lot of entertainment! Our family of four, a 4-year-old and a 7-year-old child, provided us with an extra bed for free in all seasons, and breakfast was also free. This is very sweet. Children can spend a day at the hotel without getting bored.
Breakfast: To be honest, I really want to eat the breakfast of the Singapore chef, because the previous guests said it was very good. Unfortunately, the chef also left when we went. This breakfast is really nothing to eat except for bread. Apart from being delicious, there are too few choices a little bit more than that of a Samsung hotel. Also the breakfast at Praslin Raffles was much better. This really hopes to strengthen.
The hotel has its own parking lot and is free.
Mahe Island has nothing special. In fact, the four seasons are a good choice because you can feel the narrow Seychelles inside.

”Beau Vallon” which literally translates to “beautiful valley”. The food at the hotel was very good, especially the room service (club sandwich recommended). Friendly staff, expensive bar and room service, which is expected in a hotel.
Hotel was very clean, we didn’t have any problems with cleanliness. The internet at the hotel was good for a remote island, so don’t expect 20-30mbps speeds. If you want to get the full island experience i suggest you rent a car, taxi’s aren’t cheap.
This hotel also has the biggest pool on the island.
Overall great experience, would totally recommend this hotel if you can afford it !

Also, there was Dorine who kept our room tidy; and Hamisha on the bar. All three made a great impression upon us. The gym has a bit too many treadmills and lacks in some other machines which would make a full body workout easier. I was able to alter a few exercises to complete my workout but it would be better to possibly add free-weights and dumbbells and barbells. Overall it was a beautiful location and the staff were wonderful. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

My reservation was a kind of transfer night due to my stay at Six Senses . Hotel is located just next to the Beau vallon beach - one of the best public beach in the Seychelles. Villas are completely not my style - I felt myself dirty while staying there. Food is totally untasty . One of the waiters shouted at me what I have found really surprising, as immediately i told here there will be a big complaint about her from my side.
The only advantage of the resort was one lady from the front desk. She was extremely helpful - because of her a get back my MacBook which will have left in the airplane.

It’s on a beautiful piece of land, the staff is sweet and occasionally helpful, and the WiFi works most of the time but it’s very weak and slow. There’s one English news station on the TV, the AC works decently (though it is not strong) and it was clean. Also, parking was easy out front of the hotel. The hotel has several bad aspects. First and most obvious, it doesn’t live up to its title as resort or spa. There is a small and nice pool. There is a fitness center. There is a room for massage treatments. There’s one restaurant, and it’s average, and there is a bar. And of course there is a beach. And that’s it. This is not a resort. It is not a spa. But the hotel claims to be a resort in its ads. The staff were just not very welcoming. Checkin was slow and confused. The room was hot. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower water pressure was weak. The room was way, way overpriced (even for Seychelles which is very expensive). There was zero benefit or recognition for Hilton Honors status (I’m a Diamond member). Other than offering a bottle of water, there was no benefit and no recognition. It was really stunning. No extra points. No lounge or happy hour. No upgrade. I stayed at a Hilton because that usually improves the experience. The staff was sweet and polite (if not very helpful), but the management was aloof, dismissive, and rude. I tried to leave the hotel early, even offering to leave after the icey and confused checkin, and I was told I’d be charged if I left. That made it clear. This hotel is simply an investment for its owners and investors. The owners have done as little as possible to charge as much as possible. When the guest notices failings, management become confrontational. The front office management [Rania Asba, Front Office & Quality Manager] simply stormed away when she (after arguing for 20-30 minutes) couldn’t address the many issues. She was confused and became confrontational, which was very uncomfortable. I wanted to leave and was told I would still be charged. Management alternated between confrontational and confused, mostly confused, and only became confrontational when called on their confusion. The front office manager became indignant when confronted on the low quality, poor checkin, bad room, and many issues of low quality. On the few times she did engage, she was condescending, insecure, and dismissive. There are many nice places in Seychelles, and I will definitely be back to Seychelles, but I definitely won’t stay here again. I paid for a resort and got a basic three star hotel in a nice location. I would have paid less and had a much better experience in many of the two star hotels I visited (like Anse Soleil Beachcomber) that were far nicer and relaxing without claiming to be a resort. I would have even paid less at Hotel Savoy, a five star hotel at Beau Vallon Beach, which as a guest treated me far better than anyone at Doubletree. At the Doubletree, y

|4.06km from city centerL'Escale is a small hotel close to the airport and Victoria. Simon, a gentleman from Kenya working at the reception was the star of our stay. He understood well, was helpful, resourceful and not forgetful. The rest of the staff... quite the opposite. If even the lady running the spa cannot explain to you what the treatments are, if in the restaurant a full buffet breakfast gets served one day, that the next day is only half size and the following day gets completely forgotten (or considered too cumbersome to dish up), if after booking you need to confirm your arrival or transport time 4 times to 4 different people, you know you won't come back. We did come back, as we booked upfront twice for three nights at the beginning and end of our 5 weeks Seychelles stay, and we wouldn't do book here again. The location of the hotel is great, the setup is very nice, but the people working there make it a mission to be a guest. The guest is not the center of the attention - it is rather that the staff makes their problems yours by asking the same questions over and over again, or making promises that don't get delivered upon. On top of that the rooms are visually nice but technically a disaster. We stayed in both of their two bedroom pool villas. TVs either not turning off at all (Villa 1 lounge) or randomly turning on and off by itself (Villa 2), air cons resetting to default 19 degrees though we don't want air con, a light that didn't turn off until we removed the bulb, a telephone flashing to alert you to ”99+ messages”... what a mess. We encountered housekeeping staff cleaning floors/shower with unused towels, and we had turn down service ringing the door bell at 21.30h while we were in bed. Loose shower fittings... you get it all. Management clearly lacks. That Villa 2 is noisy because of the proximity to the vibrating water pumps is an added motivation to look elsewhere. The pros about this hotel are certainly the location, a good gym and yoga room and a very nice layout - and the possibility to moor your super yacht.
