A very friendly staff, with great help in organizing superb darshan and puja of Lord Padmanabha Swami Temple. Special mention of the manager and PR team. Mr Pramod deserves a special mention. Overall a great experience.

I had a pleasant stay at Cordial SOPANAM. Neat and fresh room with all comfort. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food was also good. It’s very near to the central station and the famous temples. Overall I a great experience and would recommend the same

The location was excellent. The rooms are quite OK although would have expected much more cleanliness for a 4 star hotel. The fragrant smell was too strong. I booked hotel for few hours stay although I paid for a day. The main purpose was to take rest and have some sleep before my long flight Unfortunately I couldn't get sleep because of an ongoing renovation work and disturbed my sleep. Although the receptionist agreed to stop the work but it was too late. Rest all is OK. Just check whether they are doing renovation work before you book

Property location - perfect. Food - perfect. Facilities - prompt/immediate. Room - spacious. Bathroom - clean. Bedsheet - needs more attention and cleaning. Check before use. They even upgraded me to free breakfast for all days of my stay without even asking. The staff is very polite and helpful. If visiting Thiruvananthapuram then this is the place you can go for it if you get a good deal.

The property was clean, neat & welcoming. The location was easy to find & the name board was prominent to spot. The room was clean & the restroom was well kept. The complimentary breakfast was simple yet filling. The staff were very courteous. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend this to others.

The stay at ginger was excellent and supporting staff were polite, interacted and helpful in guiding me through timely responsive action for attending the workshop nearby, though i reached late night there were no delay in allotment of room, which are near, hygienic and well maintained. The breakfast, dinner served is good, authentic, traditional and affordable. Especially, the manager abhilash sir is knowledgeable, positive response, patience enough and good guiding manager to the guests. So, i sincerely recommend ginger trivandrum for families and everyone for their stay.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Windsor Rajadhani, Trivandrum. Rooms are neat and clean, food is also amazing. More over very friendly and helpful staff. We are so happy with the 02 days stay. It Located at the centre of the city, which is really accessible to railway station, temple and other near by locations.

This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property as it claims to be. The rooms are surely clean and comfortable, but the positives end there. The service is absolutely appalling. I ordered a coffee but they failed to serve it even in one hour despite reminding them twice. Once after taking shower all the water were overflowing through under the door to bedroom. The breakfast was a joke. There was no buffet and there were only two options - Puri sabzi or toast! They didn't even have tea or coffee ready. After a couple of reminders they finally brought coffee. I gulped it down with a toast and hurried off to check out. Opt for this hotel if you get it cheap but don't be under the delusion that you'll get a 4-star experience!

I chose this hotel for a family stay based on reviews, and it was a great choice. The location is excellent—close to many hotels, a busy area, TVN railway station, and the bus stand. The airport is just 7 km away (about 20 minutes). The hotel is clean, and the front desk staff was very welcoming, even during my late check-in at 11:45 PM. The room was neat and worth the price. Breakfast is served in a small rooftop garden with limited variety, but the food was tasty and reasonable for the budget. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel—no regrets !!
