Thank you for your help for 7 days. I think the location is good as it is within walking distance of Sripad***abhaswamy Temple, which is the number one tourist spot in Thiruvananthapuram. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is no air conditioning, but there is a huge fan on the ceiling that is as cool as an air conditioner. There is no hot water from the shower, but it's hot outside, so if you take a shower after going out, the temperature will be just right. The restaurant was open even at odd hours, so I think it's probably open 24 hours. There is a menu in each room so you can check it out, but the prices are not that high compared to nearby restaurants. The minimum amenities other than tissues and shampoo are provided.
I was so satisfied that I couldn't believe it was only 2,000 yen per night.

This hotel is very close to Thiruvananthapuram Railway Station and Thampanoor Bus Stand. The check-in/check-out experience was good. The deluxe room was very spacious. Autos were easily available near the entrance.

I have 21 years of hotel industry experience now also working as a F&B service ***ager for a world wide company. I also studied resort ***agement Malaysia Taylor college. Since 1996 every two years sometimes even more i ަgo on holiday to hotel highland thampanoor trivandrum every time I go I see the cleanliness is deteriorating the hotel ***agement does not seem to care much about this. bathroom is very dirty not cleaned properly bed sheets are very worn and pillows are very old and dirty. Spider web in different directions in the room. Restaurant staff are very nice specially restaurant captain Surjeet and restaurant waiter Hari. Front desk Staff are very friendly Binu, Kavita, Binoy.

We stayed here from May 2nd till may 6th with my parents and family. Rooms booked were 601 and 609. I am sorry to tell that it was my worst experience, room was fully dust with even left masks under the cot. The room service was pathetic, the north east people recruited was not even doing proper brooming and seems they were less interested even to change the bed sheets. After continously complaining they were ready to clean the 3rd day. Except Mohan noone else was ready to serve. We all were infected with cold in our 4 days stay and we were just waiting for escaping from the rooms. Snaps attached
