Generally, vehicles need to be parked in a designated parking lot. Security will arrange a shuttle to take you to the hotel lobby. After check-in, a bellhop will escort you to your room. During your stay, if you want to go to any area, you can call the front desk or go downstairs to take a shuttle. 2. We called the front desk three times during our stay, twice because we didn't have our room cards. They responded very quickly and arranged for someone to come and open the door (after thoroughly verifying the guest's information, of course). 3. The hotel housekeeping staff proactively asked if we wanted turndown service, brought milk, and tidied up for the night. This is quite rare, regardless of whether it's the off-season or not. 4. The indoor service staff in the hot spring area were very polite. Both the male and female changing rooms were clean and tidy, with towels and bathrobes neatly arranged. The only drawback was the lack of conditioner in the shower area. 5. The outdoor hot spring area staff were particularly enthusiastic. They reminded us about the soaking time for the high-temperature pools, asked if we wanted fresh tea, guided us around, and were very friendly when we left, informing us about the washing and resting areas. 6. For dining, I experienced the hot pot set meal for dinner here. The portion was huge; the four of us wasted quite a bit, which was a shame, but the taste was excellent. The price might even be cheaper than outside restaurants. Breakfast was similar to other Junlan hotels, featuring unique freshly made baked flatbreads and Yao family oil tea. The breakfast restaurant has indoor and outdoor dining areas. The hotel has a 24-hour convenience store where you can scan and pay yourself. A bottle of milk beer was 6 yuan. I drank four bottles; it's non-alcoholic, so I just treated it like beer – very refreshing. Conclusion: Staying at Junlan Hot Spring in Bama is the best choice. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. What really stood out was breakfast, which even included *douhua* (tofu pudding) – that definitely gets top marks! I'll absolutely book this place again on my next visit.

Service is outstanding, always meeting guests' needs. There's also convenient on-site parking at the rear. While the breakfast is standard, its quality could definitely be improved. Nevertheless, it's undoubtedly the best choice when visiting Bama!

The room was spotless, the bathroom had no strange odors, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – I slept soundly until morning. The soundproofing was good, making for a quiet night. The location is convenient for transportation, and dining and shopping are all nearby. Excellent value for money, making it my top choice for business trips or travel!

But the environment of the inner room of the wooden house is not very good. Moist and musty. The beds are clean. The environment is also very beautiful, suitable for washing the soul. There are also grapefruit trees and banana trees for picking. Children have fun and can burn wax. There are not many dishes that can be ordered in the Zhuangyuan, which is rather expensive. But the geographical environment is limited, it can still be accepted.

First, let me praise the location; it was a truly wise choice. The hotel is right next to the Panyang River, making morning and evening strolls along the riverside incredibly pleasant, the air filled with the refreshing aroma of moisture. It's also close to Bainiao Rock, just a ten-minute drive away, eliminating the need for early morning rushes. This was perfect for those of us who enjoy a leisurely and relaxing stay. The room was also quite pleasant. The air conditioning was incredibly powerful, reaching a maximum of 16 degrees Celsius, which was perfect for sleeping with a thin blanket on at night—a welcome relief in Bama's humid and hot weather. My biggest favorite was the mattress; it had just the right firmness, unlike some hotels' soft mattresses, which can cause back pain. It was incredibly comfortable for someone of our age. However, I have to mention a few details. On check-in night, when I lifted the covers, I noticed a noticeable stain on the pillowcase, which was quite disturbing. Fortunately, the guy on duty that night was very friendly and promptly replaced the pillowcase after I called him. It was handled promptly. The shower head and washbasin in the shower room are not very user-friendly for tall people. I'm 5'8” and have to bend over to reach the shower head when showering. Bending over to wash my face is also a struggle, and I'm always worried about hitting my head. If the height of these facilities could be adjusted, the experience would be much better. Overall, the hotel's location and basic amenities are quite suitable for those visiting Bama. A little more attention to hygiene details and the adaptability of the amenities would make it even better.

The place Bama has always longed for! The mountains and rivers here breed the genes of longevity, and the mountains, rivers and scenery here are good. The hotel's parking lot seems a bit small during the peak traffic during the Spring Festival holiday. There is nothing you can do about it in the old city. The hotel security does provide good service and will take your car keys and move you. Time is limited, the vacation is so short, come again when you have the chance!
