Very good, very satisfactory hotel, clean and sanitary, polite staff, special mention to the girl in the health center, her massage technique is good, the strength and acupoints are very accurate, thumbs up.

The hotel opened in 2013 and is quite old. The front desk lady always served with a smile, making you feel at home. However, to be honest, the facilities in the room are still too old. The bathroom smelled of urine, so I asked the cleaner to re-clean it. The toilet leaked and was quite loud. There were no other major problems, but the hotel's four-star rating is no longer up to standard. I met a group of elderly people on tour, and the breakfast was crowded with people. We had to queue up to get our meals, and there was no place to sit. The experience was average.

It's a little surprising. This hotel is the only 4-star hotel in Bama County. It's very good. The location is very good. It's very convenient to call a taxi or go out for a walk. The service facilities are complete. Opposite the hotel lobby are various Chinese restaurants, which belong to the hotel. You can order your own dishes, which is convenient for eating. The accommodation is also very good. The hotel is not facing the street. It feels like a Chinese courtyard. It's quiet and comfortable. It's a bit mysterious to say it. I fell asleep smoothly on the night I stayed in this hotel, and I didn't wake up halfway. I especially recommend friends who don't sleep well to try it.

The cleanliness was generally good, and the environment, surroundings, parking, and snacks were all convenient. The most unbelievable thing was that when I was washing up, I found that one thing after another was broken. It was so mismatched, and it was the first time I encountered such a situation: I went to get a towel, but the rack was about to fall off. I went to put shampoo in the dispenser, but the rack was crooked. I went to turn on the hot water, but I had to use a nail to replace a hand. The water in the washbasin just kept pouring onto me, and I had to temporarily tie a shoe cloth to prevent splashing. The hair dryer holder was also about to fall off. See the picture below. The room is spacious and has a nice view. The service is warm and thoughtful, and the restaurant dishes are good!

Facilities: The environment is elegant and comfortable, making people feel like they are back home Hygiene: So-so Service: Very good attitude! Especially the front desk staff Xiao Lu, who was kind and generous and directly upgraded the room! Give her a thumbs up! We also gave welcome fruits... The food in the restaurant was average, but the chef's knife skills were amazing! A big piece of bacon weighs two taels! 😂😂😂

The VIP room was very good, with free fruit. The front desk staff, Xiao Hu, was very friendly and even gave us water when we left! Come again next time
