The hotel should be a pure business hotel, the facilities are simple, the best is the location, very close to the city hall, reported a day trip to the Giant Road, gathered on the west side of the city hall in the morning without panic; it is also very close to grand central station, and it is very convenient to take the bus to Dublin.

The hotel is in a good location and the service staff are also very nice. When you ask them for help, their attitude is very good.

This hotel is nice and conveniently located close to the City Hall, the rooms are clean and spacious; furthermore, hotel staff is friendly and helpful. There was a nice touch when someone made up the room in the evening and left some chocolates.
This is not however a five star hotel, maybe it was at some point, but I don’t think it’s up to the standards of current five stars.
The wifi wasn’t working properly and the bathroom was quite average, the TV was poised in front of the window thus covering most of the natural light coming in.
I wouldn’t recommend staying in this hotel if you are looking for a five star experience.

The only advantage of the hotel is that it is in a good location and convenient for travel. I am not satisfied with the room. It uses some high-tech technologies, such as the toilet door automatically closes and opens when it is touched, but we feel that it is noisy at night, so we specifically asked the front desk staff to help us cancel this function. Another thing that made our stay experience bad was that we were arranged in a room in the basement, and it felt like there were almost no other guests down there. I don't know why we were treated very specially. The room is very small, and there is not even enough space to put luggage. I don't recommend this hotel.

Loved the self-check in. I booked a cheaper room which did come with the smell of the nearby fast food place and a loud humming of an aircon (?) outside. I had another issue in my room but I alerted the management to it. Other than that, the room had a nice size and a nice bathroom. Oh, also wish they had ceramic cups for hot drinks and not just disposable ones (I don’t like pouring boiling water into single use plastic-laden cups).

My room was lovely, very inviting and pleasant, especially the bay window with a bean bag was a nice touch. Excellent customer service with a complimentary drink for using the self check service. Thank you I will definitely visit again 😁😁😁😁

The hotel itself was really nice. Unfortunately unbeknownst to me was the fact I'd booked an adjoining room. It did not make for a peaceful night's sleep.

The hotel was incredibly clean and grand. Check-in is officially at 3 PM, but I had to be somewhere else at that time, so I arrived an hour early at 2 PM. They were totally fine with it and let me check in early, which was super nice of them! Haha. I signed up for breakfast the next day, and the bread was absolutely delicious. The view is also fantastic, overlooking the river in Belfast, which is very atmospheric. I definitely want to go back!

The service was excellent; the staff were very helpful, answering all our questions with enthusiasm and attentiveness. The room itself was bright and clean. However, the window latch was broken, so we couldn't open it for fresh air. Also, the hotel isn't in the city center. After getting off the airport shuttle, it's about a 20-minute walk, which was quite a struggle in the cold and windy weather.

This is my second stay at the Clayton Hotel, and overall, the experience was pleasant and the accommodations were comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the hotel offers good value for an overnight stay.
However, I observed that the reception staff could benefit from being more attentive and proactive in assisting guests. On several occasions, it seemed that guests were not immediately acknowledged, which can leave an impression of inattentiveness — particularly for international visitors.
My previous stay was three years ago, and I was hoping to see some improvement in this area. Consistent professionalism and warm hospitality at the front desk would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I look forward to seeing positive changes on my next visit.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were complete. The soundproofing was also good. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining options and easy access to transportation nearby. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Right across from the Titanic Museum, the location is excellent. The facilities are new, well-equipped, and comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very enthusiastic. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the pasta we ordered was completely bland, as if they forgot to add salt.

Stayed overnight for an early morning training course held in the hotel
It's a good 20 minute walk from the Grand Central Station but on a nice day a chance to see Belfast's street life.
Room tidy and comfortable especially the bed. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Amenities really good and breakfast was smashing.
I would certainly stay there again.

The location is perfect! It’s just 5-min walk from the Grand Central Station where we took our bus coach.
The reception desk is 24-hour, which is really welcoming especially when we were arriving beyond mid-night.
Too many hotels are self-serviced these days even they are charging quite a high price. And the staff at the front desk were very helpful.
The room is really spacious for its price - though a little bit old - but really no complain.
There is also a very convenient and dedicated drop-off area in front of the hotel, in case you have lots of bags to load/unload.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a five-minute walk from Belfast Station, making it perfect for short-term tourists. There was a mix-up at the front desk when we checked in; they insisted we pay upfront, even though our booking clearly stated 'pay later'. Thankfully, Ctrip helped us sort it out, but it was a bit frustrating. The room itself was decent, a good size, and surprisingly quiet despite facing the street. Breakfast was also quite plentiful.

The best thing is its location. It's a 5min walk to the city centre and shopping district, and a 10min walk to the Belfast Grand Central Station where you get on/off the Airport buses. I got an interesting room with four windows, so the whole room was always bright and airy. The room is basic but has everything you need. The only issue is that warm water for the shower takes an excruciatingly long time, so I usually let it run for at least 2mins before hopping into the shower.

An exceptional stay! The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Convenient location with great amenities. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
