Maldron Hotel Belfast City

The place is reasonably clean, but the fitness center is too small. Also, when paying extra for breakfast, they charged adult price for a 15-year-old child, and the front desk staff seemed quite unfamiliar with these service charges. It wasn't a lot of money, but it left a bad impression.

I was able to check in before 12 PM, which was really convenient. The location is excellent, and the bed in the room was very comfortable. Breakfast wasn't crowded at all, and it was a classic British breakfast with all the usual offerings. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything.

Generally speaking, hotels in Belfast offer poor value for money.

The rooms were small, but the bathroom space was reasonably adequate. The breakfast selection was limited. The policy of providing free water in the rooms was strange; for three people, only two bottles were provided. We only drank one bottle on the first day and only refilled it on the second day. When we asked the front desk for another bottle, we were told that this was the policy for free water! The lobby was constantly noisy and didn't feel very clean or organized. Overall, the only advantage of this hotel was its convenient transportation; everything else was quite average.

The hotel seems to be purely business-oriented, with simple facilities. The best part is its location; it's very close to the City Hall. We booked a day trip to the Giant's Causeway, and the meeting point was on the west side of the City Hall in the morning, so we weren't in a rush. It's also very close to Grand Central Station, making it very convenient to take a bus to Dublin.
