There is no breakfast, although it is called a restaurant, I don’t know why it is translated like this! Do not bring your children over to live! It's embarrassing to live with the same sex! There is no parking lot, there are many mechanical parking spaces nearby to try!

Facilities: Fully equipped.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Very convenient location; tram lines are right outside, making it easy to get to the city center; not noisy at all. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and the supermarket at the bus stop is cheaper than the convenience stores.

Spacious and comfortable. Conveniently located near a subway station. Fully equipped with cooking utensils; there's a BELX supermarket nearby with inexpensive goods, so you can buy them and cook at home. The only downside is that there's no toothpaste, only toothbrushes.

Recommended for those who want to stay in the city center and not go out for sightseeing
Excellent value for money
Breakfast buffet is very satisfying, but don't expect Western food, Chinese food or halal
WOWOW is available, so it's great for those who want to watch tennis
Nearby are restaurants, electronics, supermarkets, bicycle racing track, and hospitals.

It is quite high in terms of CP value. It was originally booked here because of the fireworks conference. I didn't expect to encounter this room unexpectedly. The service staff was also very active in explaining the content to me as a foreigner. It was a great experience.

The location is absolutely perfect, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's incredibly quiet despite being just a few minutes from Shin-Matsudo Station. The retro Nagareyama Railway station is right in front, and it's even been featured on TV as an apartment building that doubles as a station, making it literally 0 seconds away on foot.

The app said check-in was at 3 PM, but I arrived around 12 PM and the front desk let me check in early and even upgraded me to a twin room! The room was huge! This was the first time I'd encountered such excellent service in dozens of Japanese hotels. I hope I'll have the opportunity to stay there again.

My child and I stayed here to visit the school my child was going to attend.
It was nice to be able to study quietly in the spacious space.
We could hear the footsteps of the children of the guests staying on the neighboring floors as they played.
The minimum cooking utensils were provided so we were able to cook our own meals and didn't have to go out to eat, which was helpful.
There was a convenience store right in front of the hotel, so it was also convenient.
I have one thing to say, but I have allergies to house dust and other things, so my nose got really stuffy when I slept.
I wish the futon had been dry cleaned.
Otherwise it was clean and we were very comfortable.
