When checking in, there was no staff present, so we had to follow the instructions provided, including entering our information and password. This was relatively easy for younger people, but older people might find it a bit difficult. The accommodation was very clean and quiet, and the room was very spacious. ライブ参戦のため2泊お世話になりました。 駅から徒歩1分ほどの立地はもちろん、コンビニ、ドラッグストア、飲食店、スーパーなど本当にあらゆる物がすぐ近くにあり便利で感動しました。自分は持ち物がリュックのみだったので大丈夫でしたが、お部屋でスーツケースを広げたい方は足の踏み場が無くなってしまいそうなサイズ感でした。連泊の清掃不要方は好きなアルコールかソフトドリンクを1本貰えます。2日目の朝食を寝坊して食べ損ねたのを暫く後悔したくらい、種類も多くあたたかくて美味しかったです…！ チェックアウトのためお部屋を出た際に廊下ですれ違ったハウスキーピングの方もとても明るく和かに挨拶をしてくださって、直接お世話になった感謝を伝えられて嬉しかったです。

My child and I stayed here to visit the school my child was going to attend. It was nice to be able to study quietly in the spacious space. We could hear the footsteps of the children of the guests staying on the neighboring floors as they played. The minimum cooking utensils were provided so we were able to cook our own meals and didn't have to go out to eat, which was helpful. There was a convenience store right in front of the hotel, so it was also convenient. I have one thing to say, but I have allergies to house dust and other things, so my nose got really stuffy when I slept. I wish the futon had been dry cleaned. Otherwise it was clean and we were very comfortable. Thank you for your help.

The location is absolutely perfect, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's incredibly quiet despite being just a few minutes from Shin-Matsudo Station. The retro Nagareyama Railway station is right in front, and it's even been featured on TV as an apartment building that doubles as a station, making it literally 0 seconds away on foot.
