Let me talk about the advantages first, the room is very new, there is a kitchen with kitchenware and dishes, etc., the bathroom has floor heating, very warm. There is also a foot massager that can relieve fatigue. In short, the conditions are still OK.
The disadvantage is that it is fully self-service, there is no front desk and no waiter. You need to open the door with a password and open the room door with another password. But Trip.com was not provided, so that you could not enter the door after arriving at night. Thanks to the taxi driver who helped to call for a long time to get two sets of passwords, standing on the road in winter for at least half an hour.
Such a hotel should not appear on the Trip.com website. Russian is not able to communicate, which adds too much trouble to the stay.

The room is facing the sea. Every morning when you wake up and open the curtains, you will see the blue sea, which makes you feel comfortable!

A very cozy, Old Russian-style hotel with a hint of spooky vibes. The receptionists were helpful and spoke excellent English.
Be aware of two issues: it's hard to find via GPS (taxi drivers didn't know the exact entrance), and the bathroom water was slightly yellow with black particles.
In general, I liked my stay and would recommend it for the horror atmosphere and service.

Отель в 5 минутах от жд вокзала, номер небольшой, но вдвоем вполне комфортно. Чисто, опрятно. Единственное, было прохладно (декабрь). Есть общая микроволновка и кулер с водой в коридоре.
