Before departure, I received a warm reminder call from the hotel, in addition to the regular address and weather, but also detailed the location of the self-driving route and free parking. When we arrived, the front desk staff not only quickly checked in, but also took the initiative to upgrade the children's theme room for us according to the situation we brought children. This move made us feel the warmth of being valued instantly.
Shortly after check-in, we casually asked the front desk where to buy fruit nearby. Unexpectedly, ten minutes later, a staff member knocked on the door and handed over a small plate of washed and cut seasonal fruits, saying that it was the hotel's intention to prepare the guests. This little move surprised our whole family.
The facilities in the room are very thoughtful. In addition to regular items, children's slippers are also equipped. At night, I found that the child was a little coughing. I called the front desk to ask if there was rock sugar. Soon the staff sent a small bowl of warm rock sugar Sydney soup. The care of sending charcoal in the snow was really moving.
