The location is great and the hotel staff are all smiling. The restaurant served a special breakfast menu that is usually only available for dinner. The room was very clean and I always felt at home. On my last day, I left my passport in the safe and headed to the airport, but when I called, they opened the safe and delivered it to the valet at the front entrance! (I ended up missing it though (^ω^) lol)

Fairmont's consistent classic, the room is very spacious, the room is soundproofed, very quiet, the bed is very comfortable, ensuring a good sleep quality. The front desk of the hotel is quite patient and the welcome is very warm.

The hotel environment is excellent. Backed by mountains and facing the sea. It is equipped with tennis courts and golf courses, all with unparalleled sea views. The restaurants all face the sea and the scenery is pleasant. The hotel has an internal open structure with views on all sides. The courtyard is decorated in oriental style. If you book a beachfront room, you can watch the huge waves crashing on the shore, and you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The room decoration and facilities are great. Just the area is slightly smaller. The breakfast buffet is not cheap but of good quality. The hotel concierge has a lot of activity reservations, but this is my first time on the big island, so I basically just go outside to see the sights and hike. Didn't attend, sorry. The first time I saw the hotel’s exercise bikes was in the lobby facing the sea. This is a perfect five star resort hotel. It is especially suitable for staying in hotels, playing golf, tennis, and participating in various overseas sports.

This is my second stay at this hotel, the first being during the Chinese New Year in 2024. I'll skip the pleasantries and get straight to it: this time was quite disappointing. I booked a sea-view twin room for 4 nights, and at several thousand yuan a night, it wasn't cheap. However, the shower was uncomfortable every evening. There was no hot water at all, and I had to let the cold water run for at least ten minutes before it slowly started to warm up. Plus, the water pressure was very low, which was really unpleasant. I couldn't wait to check out before leaving this review. I hope my feedback is helpful to others.

The hotel is simply great, parking is free, there is no resort fee, and you can enjoy all the facilities of the Hilton Resort, there is a free shuttle to the Hilton Hotel, supermarket, shopping center. The room is huge with more than 100 square meters and the kitchen facilities are complete.

The environment is excellent, and the hotel has a golf course. The rooms are very clean and are like apartments, equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The view is also beautiful. The front desk service was great.

We are Kaamaina and were able to take advantage of the last minute deal to get a lovely room for my husband and my son and I. We had a lovely time. Thank you.

This is the largest Hilton resort in the world, with many pools but no swimmable beach. The hotel has dolphins and turtles. I recommend staying in MAKAI for a better environment and more convenient access. However, the hotel is quite suburban, so you'll need to rent a car to get to the city center. There's a $5 one-way shuttle bus available within the hotel.
