Hidden Gem. Kita sekelurga ga menyangka tempat yang kita pilih adalah tempat terbaik selama di manado. Areanya asri sekali. Masih natural dan banyak pohon, tapi bungalownya modern, nyaman dan bersih. Facility : ada kolam renang, bilyard, dart untuk mengisi waktu, Staff : The best. Semua staff ramah sekali. Terutama Arjen. Kalau ada waktu, selalu menyempatkan lunch brg dan banyak cerita lucu. Hari terakhir kami bertemu Simone. She was a very nice lady with 2 dogs follow her around. Food : speechless. Semua menu enak sekali. Kami disuguhkan beberapa menu khas manado yang surprisingly enak sekali. Yang lain juga tidak kalah enak. Snorkeling : their equipment, staff’s knowledge ga perlu diragukan untuk snorkling dan diving. Kita dibawa ke area yang bagus sekali. We were very happy. Surely will come back again when visit manado.

Comfortable Luxury Stay with a Fantastic Pool Experience My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Manado was overall a very satisfying experience. While there were a few minor shortcomings considering the hotel’s price range and brand level—such as the absence of a hairdryer in the room—the overall quality of the stay more than made up for it. The room itself was quiet and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The bedding was especially cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. These fundamentals were executed well, which made a strong positive impression. One of the most appealing aspects of this hotel is its flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which adds convenience for travelers with varied schedules. However, the true highlight is the swimming pool, which is available until 9 PM. Being able to enjoy the pool in the evening significantly enhanced the overall experience. The poolside bar also deserves special mention. It offers a wide selection of food and beverages, and interestingly, guests can order additional items not listed on the main menu—such as pizza, sandwiches, and burgers. This flexibility adds to the sense of comfort and hospitality. Despite a few details that could be improved to better match the hotel’s pricing and branding, Four Points by Sheraton Manado delivers a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay with excellent pool facilities, making it a strong luxury option in Manado.

Breakfast has bread, rice, fish and meat (less variety), fried eggs, noodles, something like soup, juice, milk, coffee, tea. Most of them are slightly spicy, and there is no tomato sauce in the local tomato sauce. I am not used to children (16 years old) to eat okay. No one was eating at the hotel for dinner. We ate two times and it was too long to wait. There is food waste in the trash can of the bedroom, so the ants are recruited. I don't know why their hair dryer is not on the wall. The garbage bin of the bathroom is not placed near the toilet with a similarly cleaned nozzle (there are nozzles in all local toilets that are not accustomed to use). I don't want them to hang up the ”Do Not Disturb” cards every day. If they clean up, they will put a tip under the pillow and they will take it away. The hotel has the same name as the domestic plug, and there is actually no conversion plug! The pillow is uncomfortable and always collapses with our Suwan latex pillow. The lobby staff will not be able to speak Chinese or English, or use translation software to communicate. The hotel does not need a face towel to bring it, the toiletries are also very good. The toothbrush is very hard and the handle is very soft. There is a safe in the refrigerator. Going upstairs to take the elevator requires a room card! Cons: The sewer had a serious odor issue, which they tried to mask with air fresheners! The drainage was also poor; after a 10-15 minute shower, the entire bathroom floor would be flooded. It was 'repaired' twice but never fixed! The sink in the room leaked! The bathroom door handle was broken! The microwave didn't heat properly; it took me almost half an hour to heat two boxes of leftovers, and they still weren't thoroughly warmed! The safe was broken! There were animal droppings and a lot of dust in many places! The bed sheets were not changed at all during our four-night stay! The food tasted mediocre, and when it was busy, we had to fight for breakfast items, plates, and coffee cups, which were hard to get and replenished very slowly! Dinner service was incredibly slow; waiting times for dishes often exceeded an hour, making my child almost cry from hunger! There were also a lot of mosquitoes! Pros: The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the staff provided good service, and it was convenient to get to the pier for diving excursions.

Love this place, very suitable for divers and kids. Love the heart decoration using the frangipani flowers!

Very good hotel, wonderful and clean. Most amenities available except shavers which they said were out of stock so it was a little bummer. Felt safe the entire time and sometimes lift not working

This hotel is quite nice, with friendly service. I tried the tuna fish menu, the portion was like eating a steak of tuna fish. Maybe when I travel to Manado, I will stay here again.
