Great hotel in Playa d‘Ingles. Superior hotel with a stylish interior. Great and nice staff. Excellent breakfast buffet in the roof top restaurant with a stunning view. Free parking offered. A lot of restaurant and bars are located in the Yumbo Center, a few minutes by foot from the hotel. Pools are heated and there was always free sunbeds available. Rooms are big and cleaned. The hotel is well maintained.

This is our third time at this hotel and have just booked to go back next year. We didn't know to expect after COVID, but we were not disappointed. The staff as always are very friendly and helpful. The food is great, i am a fussy eater and do not eat much, however i managed to eat something every day. The rooms were spotless and clean, they were cleaned every day. There was a variety of activities during the day, however the evening activities were not good, and if you stay for more than a week, you get to see the same artists more than once. When we have stayed previously the entertainment staff had put on a show, which was hilarious and entertaining and was disappointed that this didn't happen this year. You are a five minutes' walk from the hotel to the nearest shops and restaurants, and 10 / 15-minute walk from the beach and other amenities. The hotel is only a 10-minute taxi ride from Maspalomas, where there are more shops and restaurants. It was my son's birthday whilst we were there and we had not told the staff, but they put a card, letter and a bottle of champagne in his room to say happy birthday. They have a courtesy room for you to use if you have a late flight home, there is no extra charge, you have to book an 1/2 slot when you book out. There is excellent wifi throughout the hotel.
