We had a Lovely big Junior Suite room, nice outside balcony overlooking the beach / town, lots of food choice in the all inclusive restaurant. Great pools, clearly recently refurbished to a high standard. 700 steps down to the beach, but the taxis take cards and is ~€6 each way.

We stayed here in June, fantastic stay then, and now. Hotel is beautiful, clean,and everymember of staff are very helpful.Food wise there's lots of varity and beautiful meals to have. Animation team work hard keeping all ages occupied throughout the day. Rooms are lovely, comfortable and cleaned everyday. If visiting peuto Rico, it's well worth staying in this hotel ,just to make your holiday more memorable. If I could find a down side,would only be some of the entertainment in the evening .

Great hotel for all the family. Very clean, rooms very modern and clean, table, chairs and sunloungers on balcony. The all-inclusive is fantastic, the food was great, always easy to get a table for our group of six. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, food was plentiful and great choice. Very clean everywhere and the views are stunning. Staff more than helpful. Best hotel we have stayed in gran canaria. Im in a wheelchair but it was no problem at all in the horel grounds. Met some lovelybpeople there too.Can't wait to go back in September.

Just returned from a week away at this beautiful hotel, it truly is stunning and I did not have a bad word to say about it. The food was amazing the staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble for anybody. The only thing I felt needs to be looked at is the entertainment there is not enough on a night time which is a real shame as I came here a few years ago and it was great.

Just home after a 10 night stay in this lovely hotel as a family of 4 but travelling in a group of 19. As soon as you walk in the doors you are greeted with a beautiful smell and a very clean fresh open area ,check in we were too early so room wasnt ready but we were given our all inclusive bands and able to use the facilities as soon as we arrived. We had a junior suite sea view for a family of 4 ,the room was spacious clean and had everything we needed including a large balcony with a stunning view. The pool areas are fantastic especially the infinity pool which we found to always be quiet and alot warmer than other pools would like to give a special mention to Manuel the lifeguard ,he was absolutely fantastic with our group the kids absolutely loved him and actually were really upset saying goodbye to him on the last day, he made our days that bit better with how friendly he was . The animation team work very hard during day making sure all kids are involved and having fun during our stay there was an inflatable on pool, blue mat across pool twice, a trampoline inflatable and also a climbing inflatable aswell as a day that they let kids try a surf board ,both our girls age 5 and 12 joined in on activity during day. The food I cannot fault, the snack bar during the day is absolutely perfect for kids and adults with plenty fresh food and always something for everyone, breakfast lunch and dinner again fresh food and plenty to chose, sometimes a bit repetitive but the quality of food was good so this wasn't an issue. Drinks were fine ,what you expect from an all inclusive. Entertainment at night was fine ,was done by animation team ,they work very hard rehearsing during day. All in all we would return to this hotel the only 1 thing was the location as if is at the top of a massive hill ,we did walk down the 720 steps 1 day to take the boat to Puerto de mogan but didn't dare walk back up, althpugh there is a taxi rank right outside (MOST taxi drivers are very friendly) apart from that the hotel is fab staff are amazing and I would recommend to people in future
