Great location, easy access to city and transportation. New hotel and friendly staff. Room was very quiet. Far way to get to the room.

Very nice and centrally located boutique hotel - beautifully furnished, quiet rooms - very good service (hotel, rooms, breakfast) - reasonable price (including very good choice of breakfast buffet) Parking in the parking house P3/P4 is only 5 min walk away.

As a family of 4, we booked a premium room (bed + sofa bed) via the radisson app. Upon arrival we were given an opprtunity to have 2 connecting rooms for the same price which was a nice surprise. Breafast was great - its a pity I noticed the omlette ordering option after already having eaten most of my food.

Very good, the room is relatively old, the furniture is a bit old, the light is not very bright at night, but it is very quiet, the room is quite big

All in all a nice hotel. Large breakfastbuffet, very tastefull decorated. (I need to use 200 caracters as a minimum, to make this rewiew, but i have already said what i have to say. I am not very good at english and find it difficult)

There was chaos on check-in which was a repeat of what happened on a previous visit 3 months earlier. Having booked a double room with sofa, my wife and I were allocated a room with 3 beds all made up and with nowhere to sit. So, we traipsed down to Reception to be confronted by a surly receptionist who informed us that we had to wait 15 minutes for the room to be changed. Given that it was past the 15:00 check-in time and that we had already been travelling all day, I objected. Only then, did we receive a change to the correct room, albeit grudgingly. We had been travelling all day from home in Switzerland and were tired (hence our frustration regarding the room chaos) and hungry. I asked about the restaurant and was told that it would be open at 6 when we wanted to dine. However, I was not told that the menu was in effect a very limited, bar menu. Had your Reception taken the trouble to answer my query intelligently, we could have found a proper restaurant elsewhere but, instead, we decided to ”grin and bear it”. Mercure Mannheim need to upgrade the quality of their staff and customer service - its currently more what one might expect from a 2 star hotel, not one with 4 stars.

O hotel está bem localizado, próximo à bela cidade de Heidelberg, que era nosso destino. O atendimento foi cordial e prestativo. No apartamento havia água e uma máquina com várias opções de café, além de alguns doces. O roupão e os chinelos foi um plus. O preço é bastante vantajoso, considerando a qualidade do hotel.

At the reception, the service left to wish at the checkout. Otherwise ok. The location was super. The equipment in the Comfort room is obsolete (for example, there was a very small and old TV). The bathroom and bed were excellent.
