Ritz Carlton Perth is a wonderful hotel that pleases us in all respects. We believe it is the brightest gem in Western Australia.
The accommodation is:
- immaculately well maintained;
- located in a vantage point shrouded in greenery and waters;
- nice and comfortable house that puts it on the pedestal in the same league;
- squeaky clean;
- very comfortable mattresses. You are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack;
- Hearth, the fine dining restaurant, offers one of the best food in Australia!
Simply one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in West Australia!

Beautiful hotel, right at Elizabeth Quay. Large room, love the toilet. Generous amenities, comfortable bathrobe and slippers. Warmly welcomed by Have at the reception after a red eye flight, I was kindly offered an early check in to rest. Excellent location, you are right at the city centre. Nothing to complain about!

The television in the room did not work it would turn on but had no reception,we had multiple technicicians enter our room late at night it wasn't until after midnight a technician realized it was the wrong remote control after leaving and returning again and it was finally resolved only to realise the Tv does not have access to netflix or streaming tv. This was a disappointment to our anniversary treat stay at crown, was expecting a more relaxing stay without the hours of disruption of multiple technicicians working in our room at midnight to turn on the television. When the desk staff enquired how was our stay, they seemed oblivious but not overly concerned or genuinely apologetic about the interruption to our stay.
It was a shame as the hotel and Crown complex is an impressive location that I have I had the prestigious honour to contribute to the construction and maintenance of the stone and tile installation, dating back to the original buswood build and ongoing upgrades to presidential suites over the years and even the more recently upgraded Crowns construction including their presidential and other exclusive areas. So this was a rare opportunity to experience first hand the exclusive facilities I contributed to. The finished product was a treat to see up close for where our stay allowed us limited access to, I would love to be able to afford to access some of the exclusive areas I had responsibility for parts of prestigious projects there that I hoped to one day witness even if it was on special events like my anniversary, but I don't think even on rare occasion that the local experience is worth the expense might look to Bali resorts still for value and quality of an all inclusive hotel experience stay.

Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are very well-maintained, some even looking brand new. I read online that parking was $65, but that's actually just for the area in front of the hotel lobby. I asked a bellboy and found out there's a free parking lot not far behind the hotel, which was great! They also have a heated pool, but I was too tired to try it on my first day. The bed was incredibly comfortable! 😊

This is a beautiful hotel with its own casino and a variety of large, photo-worthy pools. The room facilities are great, the bed is very comfortable, and the surrounding environment is nice. It's not too far from the city, which is convenient, and there are many dining options. It's also connected to the adjacent hotel.

Really spacious and clean room. Walking path along the Swan River with stunning view next by the hotel. Unfortunately forgot to bring bather to enjoy the pool.

I very much appreciate Andrea, the hotel manager’s help to upgrade my room so that I could enjoy my 5-day stay in Coma. Andrea’s sincere and considerate attitude towards guests is very impressive. Thanks again. The location of the hotel is almost perfect, the upgraded room is very spacious: simple but cozy. However, the carpets of the corridors, the sofa of the lobby, the facilities of the hotel and the training of the staff have much room for improvement.

We stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star.
When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store.
Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day.
The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark.
The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :(
On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased.
The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive.
Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu.
The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips.
Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

The hotel is worth any penny spent. The rooms are designed to soothe those with physicsl and or psychological ailments with the tea infusions that have sprained in the room. There is a big barth tub, no expenses sre measured when it comes to pleasing customers. The bath tub was comfortable and th3 affirmations around the room made it a really comfortable stay.
Excellent panaromic views of Perth Cbd directly in front and if you look further out the window there is urban regentrified Northbridge. The gym is very comfortable. It compensated for the lack of swimming pool. Othereise, the amneitirs in the room, the design palacated me enough to enjoy my stay.

The hotel room wasn't huge, but the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was definitely the highlight, with Chinese, Western, and Indian options… truly something for everyone! 👍
On the other hand, what disappointed me most was the attitude of the front desk staff. The male employee at the front desk wasn't very friendly. I arrived in Perth on a very early flight, so I went to the hotel to store my luggage before heading into the city to explore. When I asked him about transportation, he didn't offer any real help, just told me to look at the street signs. On the day of my check-out, the same male employee was on duty. My flight was at 8:30 AM, so I didn't have time for breakfast, even though my room rate included it. When I asked if there was a grab-and-go breakfast service, he simply replied: ”No.” As a tourist, I found his attitude quite cold and completely lacking in customer service. 👎

The cleanliness of the bathroom in my room was quite disappointing. There were visible stains around the base of the toilet, and I had to clean it myself before using it, which was not expected.
Similarly, my friend’s bathroom also had issues, with a noticeable unpleasant smell. They also needed to clean it prior to use.
Other than this, the overall stay was good and the room price is reasonable.

We enjoyed the stay at the hotel. It is spacious and if you are having a road trip, me being the driving could park and enjoy a drink, then you could walk back to the hotel for the night. We had pizza at the restaurant and we think the food is nice. Took a lot of picture near the vineyard and it was really nice. Definitely recommend the stay. However, you must be aware they do not have employees at the area for 24hrs, therefore if you plan to check-in late like us, you must arrange in advance.

Great location on the river in the Swan Valley.Classy amenities.
Excellent restaurant on site.
A very peaceful stay. I have stayed at Maya Maya Mandoon Estate on several business trips.
It's definitely one of my preferred when travelling to Perth.

A little hideaway in the Perth suburbs. It was a lovely stay with very friendly staff.
The only let down was the bathroom, it wasn't an enjoyable shower first thing in the morning being scalded and then then chilled continuously. The mirror is so old that it's been cleaned so much that the reflective surface is getting rubbed off.

The service is not bad, the environment is also very good, the location is good to find, the transportation is convenient, the breakfast variety is many, the fruit is fresh, suitable for different people, the mattress is a bit high, and it is not comfortable to sleep.

It was a very impulsive decision to stay in Perth and book a hotel room. We were in the Elizabeth Quay area and wanted to stay in a nice hotel. I'm
Glad I decided to stay at the double tree. We were looked after exceptionally well by Leon at the reception. The room was very nice and the view was amazing. For the price, it will definitely be my ”go to” when staying in the city

Amazing hotel, defininitely a hidden little gem. Easy free parking onsite, great restaurant and bar, and a couple of free cocktails included in our stay (seriously, who does this?). Super clean modern room, generous in size and a huge comfy king bed. This will become our new getaway spot for sure!
- Kurt
The staff was excellent. She tried very hard to sort out the problem with the TV. Although it was about time for her to get off as well as it was the new year countdown night, she stayed until the very end. Didn't fix the problem, but we got complimentary breakfasts next morning. What a good beginning for 2024.
