We had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel for a total of 6 nights, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff displayed an authentic and warm hospitality that made us feel truly at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the remarkable cleanliness and tranquility of our room. The icing on the cake was the superb internet reception, which allowed us to stay connected seamlessly throughout our stay. Our stay was punctuated by delightful mornings indulging in an exquisite breakfast spread. The puri or chapati and curry quickly became our favorites, perfectly complemented by the aromatic masala tea and the flavorful masala omelette – a true culinary delight! With each meal, we explored a plethora of different dishes, each more tantalizing than the last. It's safe to say that the culinary offerings exceeded our expectations in every way. This made our visits to the stupa incredibly convenient and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in its serene atmosphere. The environment is very beautiful. I went there with my girlfriends. There are many courses in the hotel. The rooms can see the snowy mountains in good weather. We went in January and it was very cold. But the service was very good, I added a water bottle, and each person gave away a bunch of 108 bodhi.

It is very convenient to take a taxi from the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly. The breakfast here is the best I have ever eaten in Nepal. The room is clean and tidy. The design of the interior and courtyard of the hotel is very good. There is no Tamil. Dust, only blue sky and white clouds, there are yoga classes, there are bar ~ there are shops selling cashmere in the hotel, is a local brand in Nepal ~ quality is also very good, worth buying

The staff service was great. It was caring everywhere and friendly. However, the water was dirty anyway! In Nepal, the hotel with a bathtub is valuable, so I stayed here to check the facilities and think I can take a bath in the bathtub, but it was a pity that I couldn't do it. It is true that water is often yellow in Nepal, but it was the first time that such blue and black water came out. I was a little scared when I thought I was taking a shower or washing my face with this water. When I asked the hotel, I was disappointed by the manager's reply that the tank was broken, and there was no apology or compensation for it. The breakfast was delicious, but the variety was small and the bread was hard.

Whilst the location and rooms are terrific, the service was absolutely awful. We went to the bar to have some coffee and got no acknowledgment of any sort from any of the waiters for 15 minutes and only after complaining did we get served. Dinner was late by an hour and again only hit served after complaining. Either the staff haven’t been trained to standard or the management is so weak that they can’t see the indifference the staff are showing their guests

Just a few miles away from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu is the idyllic Godavari Resort. After a bumpy ride from the airport, entering the lush green compound relaxes you. The check-in and reception area are at the top of the hill overlooking a picturesque valley and the rest of the resort. The resort buildings are ”chalet”-styled, with 4-6 (?) large rooms per chalet. The rooms are very tastefully furnished with all the requisite amenities e.g. Mini refrigerator, work desk, room for your belongings. The wifi worked very well and the TV provided plenty of options. The breakfast and dinner at the resort restaurant was excellent, a combination of western and local dishes. While we did not get to use it, the sprawling well maintained grounds, include a gym and a swimming pool. Catch the sunrise, and on a clear day you might get a glimpse of the Himalayas. The management and staff were very customer-centric making it a memorable visit. Will plan to visit again !

There are typical Nepalese style hotels, but the water quality is slightly yellowish, and everything else is fine.
