Lovely place to stay at, a bit overpriced but overall we had a wonderful experience. Lost a few points on the several delays we had. Both from room service and team. The main manager gifted us a lovely bouquet though and made us feel warm. The manager at Locatelli, Mario, his team, and Chief gave us the best experience ever!!! We have returned several times to eat there and they took care of us every single time. Preparing amazing vegan/vegetarian food and Apu, our waiter, ensured that everything was amazing. The spa facilities are unique, we enjoyed all areas and the salt pool but the massage was so-so, for the price we payed. The breakfast area was very loud, waiters were arguing and it was very noisy. The constant music blasting everywhere was also not aligned with the serenity that this place aims to create. We were on the top floors and we could still hear the pool music until late hours. We will return back to Locatelli for sure. As far as staying there..we might give it another try.

This place is one of the best I’ve been to. The staff, the views, the restaurants… I can go on and on. The amazing rich smell that welcomes you inside the entrance lounge is quite unique! It has a little story behind it. Try asking about it on your visit! 😉

They take cleaning very seriously. Staff is polite and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful sea view balconies.

It was a very nice stay. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is very nice. You get your room cleaned up more than once a day. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We took two rooms with connected doors for me, my wife and two children. One of the rooms has a problem with the AC - the balcony doors need to be in some very specific point to make the AC operate. The maintenance personal couldn't solve it. Second thing we had a problem with one of the toilet that couldn't flush the water so we paid for two rooms with two toilets and one toilet didn't operate. We didn't want to move or wait for other rooms so we were trying not to make a big deal about it but we paid a lot of money and didn't get the facilities we expected from 5 stars hotel. The bed we got was basically two separate beds. The service at the pool bar was rude and not welcome when we asked for glass with ice. The lobby is nice and the hotel look fancy inside.

The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the service is warm and thoughtful. The airport to Ballymassol line has a stop at the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel's swimming pool is great, and the garden leads directly to the beach. Some of the beach chairs are under the palm trees so they won't get too hot. The shadows of the trees are dancing and it's very comfortable. Food prices are moderate and acceptable. Overall very satisfied.

During check out, they automatically add on 1 euro to stay, some charity program they claimed that will help poor starving kids. Is not about the $, but I hate it when people feel entitled that we should we donating this $ with the hotel taking all the credits. Is not a big amount as our normal restaurants meals in Cyprus, we typically tip 5-10 euros. But the fact that they add this amount into your bill before u agreeing to it, pissed me off Bad service, lousy quality and service attitude for a 5 star hotel Should have just top up 100-150usd to stay in four seasons Hotel Reception attitude is the worst! The hotel is located on the promenade in Limassol although not very close to the marina area near which all the activity centers in the evening are located. Очень хороший отель 4*, мне очень понравился. От аэропорта ехать около часа, от моря прилично, минут 25-30 пешком. Можно доехать до набережной на такси при желании. Расположен в относительно тихом месте, что располагает к релаксу. Я очень люблю небольшие отели, он как раз такой, очень уютный. В номерах есть все необходимое, все работало, было чисто. Завтраки на 5!Есть и свежие фрукты, сыры разные, выжатые соки, очень вкусный кофе.
