The hotel is located by the lake and is uniquely located. Open the window, it is the blue wave of the lake, the mountains in the distance are rolling, the clouds are lingering, like a natural ink painting. In the early morning, I was awakened by the first ray of sunlight and birdsong, opened the curtains, the lake was sparkling, the mist was light, like a dream. In the evening, sit on the terrace or on the lake benches and enjoy the sunset. The sky is dyed bright orange and red, and the lake is reflected in the sunset, which is suffocating. If the weather was good, the scenery and location would have been good. I stayed in a room on the second floor, but I kept the hotel cargo in the elevator and couldn't use it. After using the elevator that only runs to the first floor, I repeatedly guided the reception to drag my luggage and move the long corridor. The point was quite unpleasant and difficult to understand. It was a problem to clean up the cargo in the elevator. I booked a 2 course dinner in the evening, but I do not recommend it. The service of the restaurant staff was really friendly.

Leuk hotel. Eten en drinken bij de buren ‘Moeke’. Wij gingen naar de musical ‘40-‘45. Bij terugkomst wilden we nog even napraten onder het genot van, maar dat kon niet meer. Dat was jammer. Verder prima. Heerlijke douche!

All was well-regulated. Beautiful clean rooms. Pool table and table tennis table just brings a little more dishes in the hotel itself. Many small children but no playground oid. Now focused mainly on business people and meetings etc. or guests without children

I had a single room. Probably the room with the least favourable. :-( It was a problem to enter the room because the door must first be turned over the box before there is room to enter. The hotel has a fixed floor cover. I don't think this is hygienic anyway. There were several doubtful points in the tape. I didn't like to walk on bare feet through the room. The night box stood behind the bed, and the wall, against which the bed stood, was with a screw, and you could lose something. The night the light was difficult, because the lamp was behind the bed. First of all, we only booked one night in this hotel. After some twists and turns with the front desk, we were finally able to get back the room type that we reserved, and the front desk also helped to upgrade the room. Because it was inconvenient to carry so many suitcases, we booked another two nights and changed to a double standard room. We found a few black hairs on the pillowcase and the toilet flush button didn't work. The front desk said they would call someone to fix it. After waiting for more than an hour, no maintenance worker came. My husband couldn't accept it and wasted our time, so he went to argue with the front desk, and then they changed us to the best room. The overall room was clean and the room space was large enough, but I found that there was coffee powder, but no coffee machine, no hair dryer, and the water heater was broken. The waiter came to solve it again. I feel that this hotel is missing things. I always feel that something is missing, and we have to fight hard for everything.
