I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-night stay at the ABC hotel in Angeles City, with some awesome experiences at an awesome hotel. The staff are very helpful and all made me feel most welcome. My room was a standard suite with a king bed: both the room and bathroom were spacious and luxurious, with the king bed being both comfortable and huge. The décor might appear a bit decadent / extravagant, but I liked it. The room had everything I needed and housekeeping provided excellent service. I made full use of most of the amenities: restaurants (Vintage Hall and Spice Road), wellness centre (massage and pedicure) as well as the Aqua Sky Deck (very cool bar with swimming pool). I will always have fond memories of my stay at the ABC Hotel and In the words of Douglas MacArthur: I shall return.

I love Azzuro but the only problem is they are under renovation but all in all I’m enjoying my stay there. Looking forward for my next booking for this hotel.

There are dedicated security guards providing a sense of safety for guests and their vehicles. In house cafe’: The Café Sebastian, with its cozy ambiance and wide array of beverages and snacks, offers a perfect setting for casual meetings or unwinding after a long day. The relaxed atmosphere, coupled with the courteous staff, enhances the experience, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable visit. Room, Bathroom & Amenities: The rooms are comfortable, well-furnished, and equipped with modern amenities. The bathrooms are clean, spacious, and stocked with quality toiletries, ensuring a pleasant stay. In-House Restaurants: The hotel's main restaurants, Namari Japanese Bistro and Cactus Jack Smokehouse, offer an exquisite dining experience for lunch and dinner. With diverse menus and exceptional services, these are ideal spots for delicious meals. Reception, Hotel Staff & Housekeeping: The reception staff are courteous and efficient, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service. Moreover, during our stay on December 28, we encountered a lady housekeeper in the lobby and elevator who displayed exceptional dedication and accommodation. This housekeeping team member went above and beyond to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards, creating a consistently pleasant and hygienic environment for all guests. Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet is impressive, featuring a variety of fresh and delicious options catering to different tastes. From continental to local cuisines, guests can start their day on a satisfying note. Overall, Best Western Plus Metro Clark excels in various aspects for all occasions – from its attentive staff to the quality of food and facilities, making it a recommendable choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We are truly blessed that we discovered the best kept secret in Luzon, Philippines and it is in Clark City, Pampanga! The park inn by Radisson secret for us to come back the 2nd time around is their excellently trained hotel staff! Almost all of their employees from guards to chambermaids are very respectful and mindful of each guests needs. The front office are always cheerful and efficient. The restaurant workers are attentive and quick. The porter and van driver are extremely helpful and thoughtful. When you visit this hotel ask for these these personnel: Front office = Rem, Angel, Ace, and James, ad Maren; Restaurant = Dion, Kido, AJ, Randy and Jessie; Room Cleaning = Richard, Edward & Kevin; Bags = John Not only did these staff gave their best at their assigned tasks but they also multi-tasked. My husband and I observed their performances for a week because we also owned our lodging facility in Virginia, USA. What touched us also, when we checked out at the crack of dawn, a sandwich with fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee were waiting for us to go with our trip to the airport. Now that is a superb customer service! Finally, I want to mention the array of food served each day is well thought-out and very appealing. Kudos to the chef - it's getting better each time! The bedroom is so comfy that my husband wants to stay inside all day! For those checking in, make sure to request to clear the deposit charged amount to your credit card as soon as you check out. Savannah Resort Hotel is conveniently located is some interesting places in Angeles. SM Clark, the Walking Street and the Korean Town are just a ride away from the hotel. We stayed here for five nights and so far every night sleep is a wonderful experience for me. Rooms have quality beds with good comforters to warm the night. I love their complimentary soaps, my skin is well moisturized when I use them. They also give away a Bubble Bath, for you to also enjoy the bath tub. My favorite part of the room is the shower. I love the four-type shower with a perfectly working heating system. Food served for the entire duration of the activity are superb. Most of the time, i do not have left overs in my plate. Of course, Pampanga is the culinary capital of the country, that might be the reason why. The have a good wifi signal but can only accommodate a number of guests.

The resort is near a piggery farm but the overall experience is excellence. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. When we arrived at the resort we are greeted by their front desk with a huge smile and someone assists us to our room. There is also instance that when we order food on grab and the rice is missing the staff let us buy the rice they supposed to eat on their lunch.
