We were extremely satisfied with our stay! The food at the hotel's il caffe was fantastic. The waiter, Herry, was exceptionally warm and friendly, with a bright smile and attentive, meticulous service. He proactively refilled our coffee and explained the dishes, making us feel right at home. His service made breakfast a truly enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

This hotel is really not overrated! When checking in, a white guy who can speak Chinese came to receive us. According to him, his mother is from Sichuan 😂, which was quite a surprise. The hotel rooms are distributed in villas (mansions), ensuring a quiet and elegant environment. The rooms are not as old as I worried before coming. Instead, they are well maintained, clean, tidy, comfortable and atmospheric. The beach is a completely private beach, and there will be no tourists to disturb, ensuring privacy. The swimming pool is very suitable for lying down and playing, if it is not too hot at noon, you can lie there all day. Geographically, although the hotel is on Palm Island, it is very close to the Marina skyline on the coast, so it has both island and urban landscapes. Dinner needs to be reserved, starting at 6 o'clock at the earliest. I recommend 101 Restaurant. The candlelight dinner with sea view is amazing. The most worth mentioning is the service attitude. Every staff member you meet in the hotel will take the initiative to greet you with a smile and be ready to serve you at any time. No one will ignore you. Buggy responds quickly, and even if you ask them to wait after the buggy comes, they will wait respectfully. In addition, the minibar in our room cost 30 dirhams, which was waived when checking out. This kind of small details will make guests very comfortable. Overall, this hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

Check-in was a bit slow, but the bed and disposable items were really comfortable. I really felt that they were carefully prepared and not skimped on.

The room was very comfortable, the bed was a little too high, but the hotel's breakfast was a little bit inferior to the Four Seasons brand in terms of price. Even though it was the off-season, the hotel's dishes should not be like this. The food and drinks this time were disappointing. The good news is that there are resident singers in the bar, and smoking is allowed~

The view was unbeatable, and the room was spacious enough, but the hotel service was completely unworthy of the price. Going to the beach to check room numbers is understandable, but the staff were just indifferent and spoke with a cold face, making for a terrible experience. The restaurant staff were also extremely cold, repeatedly emphasizing the minimum spending requirement like a personal chatbot, and even after a deposit had been paid, they called every day just to confirm the minimum spending requirement. This was really unnecessary.

A truly perfect stay! It's cut from the same cloth as Atlantis but with a more artistic vibe. The fire and water fountain show is definitely worth seeing! Breakfast was abundant and varied. Due to a flight change, we had to check out a day early, and the hotel surprised us by delivering our ordered breakfast items right before we left. It was beautifully presented and far from a perfunctory gesture, which was a delightful surprise!

From arrival to check-in, the Front Office team was warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Nabil (Front Office Manager), his professionalism was exceptional. During the room tour, he went far beyond the standard: he explained the most comfortable AC settings at different times of day, proactively prepared a Plan B with a small heater, and pointed out details that are easy to overlook. As someone who studies sustainable buildings, I asked several technical questions and he answered them clearly and confidently, this was truly meaningful to me. Unfortunately, the final interaction at the front desk was unacceptable and overshadowed an otherwise strong stay. After checkout, I stored a small gift bag and later returned with the claim ticket. The staff member (Ada) left me waiting around 5minutes with no explanation, Is this time serious? I wasn't busy at the time, maybe you were a bit friendly and it wouldn't have been so bad…no acknowledgement, and no apology. When I politely asked for her name, she did not respond. Most concerning, I then heard her discussing the situation with a colleague before I had even left the hotel. In a luxury property, this reflects a serious lapse in professionalism and service etiquette. It's really terrible . Most other staff were excellent, but management should urgently strengthen front-desk training on communication, courtesy, and professional conduct. Please do not let some very bad behavior affect the Dorchester hotel brand. Aside from this incident, many team members were excellent, and that’s why this ending felt particularly unacceptable.

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in over the years: a perfect score overall in terms of cleanliness, environment, view, service, and location! The hotel is located next to the Dubai Mall metro station, just a few minutes' walk away. It's very convenient to walk to Dubai Mall, which has a Chinatown, Haidilao hot pot, and the Burj Khalifa fountain show (every half hour). It's worth staying here and walking to these places multiple times. My room had an amazing sunset view – spectacular! Thank you to the hotel for the arrangement! The spa was meticulously arranged, and the price was reasonable. The hotel even gave me an extra half-hour massage! The hotel has four restaurants, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of Chinese, Japanese, and Western dishes, and it's open until 11 am – I think it's great value. The hotel provides free housekeeping every day, which is very thorough and meticulous. The infinity pool in the middle lane gives you a Titanic-like feeling when looking at the world. The pool temperature was 30 degrees Celsius, very comfortable! The hotel took great care of me! Thank you again to the hotel for their hospitality! This is a highly recommended hotel!

The room was stunning, and the service from check-in to check-out was absolutely fantastic; everyone was so friendly. The in-room dining breakfast was delicious, and the afternoon tea was decent. The live piano at 4 PM added a touch of elegance. I loved the overall European decor. Honestly, I couldn't find a single fault with this hotel. For this price, to get Ritz Paris style is incredibly good value for money.
