Holiday Inn Abilene - North College Area Reviews

The shower had barely enough water flow to rinse off and the hit water temp was very warm but wouldn’t get hot; the AC/heating equipment was very noisy every time it came on during the night; the towels seemed thin very well used; and the exterior sound proofing was poor ( I heard the wind all night). Should have been much better for the price. I would not return.

A nice stay at this Holiday Inn. Staff were very courteous and the rooms clean and comfortable.

Just passing thru, so it was only a one night stay. The hotel was clean, roomy and bed comfortable. Glad for the restaurant downstairs as well as breakfast options. Wish all Holiday Inns were this good!

The daily cleaning service was phenomenal! I left my pjs and blanket thrown on the bed and when i came back that night not only was my bed made but my items were nicely folded for me on top of the bed.

One of the best hotel stays for us ever. We travel a lot and this was an amazing experience. Beautiful large room for a good price. Very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely our place to stay when we go to Abilene!

The staff from checkin to check out were fantastic. I spent time at the bar and grill and enjoyed meeting the bartender. She was pleasant and attentive. The morning waitress was also awesome for breakfast. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Great stay!

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, clean comfortable room. No complaints! Definitely one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at here in Abilene!

The experience was awful! We weren't allowed to check in to the hotel. They told us they wouldn't have rooms available for the day because they had a football team who just checked out. We ended up staying across the street at the Hampton inn. The front desk staff was terrible. The property looked old, disgusting trash around the front

Had 2 dead bugs and 3 live bugs, no hairdryer, Wi-Fi did not work, did not expect having to pay for coffee in the morning.

No free breakfast. You have to pay full prices for rooms and then turn around and pay for the same food that you should be getting for free.

The property was safe and quiet .the lobby is very nice . In my room the refrigerator leaked water wiped the floor up and the floor was filthy I don’t mean a little dirt this was filthy.It was clean after I wiped the water up several times . I would probably stay again but wear my shoes the whole time
