Last time we stayed here they had brand new coin operated laundry machines for guests. However, despite the fact that those machines are literally still on the premises, they are animate that laundry is not available. Also, the first time we had stayed in awhile they CLEARLY had undergone a change of ownership and because they did not recognize us we were definitely treated as low life's. I was on the first floor just looking out the huge bay window admiring the Atlantic City skyline when I heard elder middle eastern later calling out in a somewhat nasty tone. I chose to ignore and mind my own business. Well as I paid her no mind she worked her way down the hall yelling to me until she came to the conclusion that I was either hard of hearing or deaf. So when she eventually invaded my personal space and was yelling as though that might be helpful had i been deaf and tried to grab my arm when I turned to her and asked her very nicely if she could refrain from screaming as I am right there and there is no need to ever touch a guest unless there is a pending safety issue. She started yelling at me to "go to my room" "you must remain in your room" clearly that didn't go over well. After 2 days of ignorance, we were able to hash things out, but they need a good lesson on our culture and tolerance.

Could not sleep. People in the room next to me were up all night, talking and yelling. Kids running up and down the halls. Furniture was faded and paint was chipped. Towels had gray spots. Dresser kept falling out of place every time I tried to open it.

Breakfast needs to be urgently addressed what was advertised wasn't presented big big disappointment with this

We went there on last night for one night staying and my turn off qas about the breakfast. Since it's included, we was expecting something nice. Don't go on breakfast with so much expectation because it's nothing but only coffee, juice, sliced bread (that you can put in a toaster) and muffins. That is it. A really turn off especially because we was going to get a long way back home. Besides that, everything went well. Not complaining about the property or the room. You get what you pay for.

Both bedside lamps were not working. Continental breakfast should remain served until 11am which is the checkout time. 2 door keycards I was given stopped functioning on the 2nd day and had to be re-issued by the desk.

Place was filthy. Sign on front desk stated no housekeeping due to covid. Pretty sure it hasn't been cleaned since then. Coffee was bad, apple juice was actually some other fruit juice and the only food was corn flakes, toast and hostess danishes.

The room was not the cleanest. Stains on the ceiling and the corners in the tub were stained with black mold. We had roaches in the room. First night checked in super late and went right to bed. Saw a couple roaches near the fridge in the morning after waking up. Never anyone at the front desk to file our complaint. Do not waste your money or time staying here.

The hotel is ok, however housekeeping did a terrible job of cleaning, they left a make-up brush on the table and something was on the carpet and was not cleaned at all..other then that it was a cheap stay.. not good but ok..

The place is in need of rehabbing.deplorable conditions. Beds were sunken in and so uncomfortable, looks very old. Toilet not flushing, shower had cracks all over tiles. No lights in room. Had to call for a light. Could never recommend to anyone.

The sheets on the bed only covered 3/4 of the bed. The person bringing new sheets just walked into the room without knocking or announcing themselves. Only 1 ice machine in the building. The shower rod was broken and the curtain was not long enough.The paint on the wall was chipped. Can someone contact me please

Line was long to check in. Bed skit had a very obvious stain of fluid. Bathroom wall had a crack all the way down the wall-going to my room felt unsafe-. When I returned from AC at 10pm a man followed me to my floor. I didn’t even unpack already feeling uneasy so got back and closed the suitcase up and ran out of there!!

Needs an upgrade.. black mold in bathroom. Not properly cleaned . Old cigarette and blunt wrappers by night stand... Dust and spider webs in windor seals and on the lamps. Dresses broken... And shower filthy... I have video of all of this ..

Property was in need of some TLC and some minor renovations. Not bad though for the price.

The shower curtain was ready to come off the wall and the bed was like sleeping I. The floor and the breakfast was so bad had no options will not stay there again
