Heat experience. Hotel was clean and they also have a bar which was also nice

Faucet Sink without pressure. They say is the normal in the hotel, but shower has good pressure. Not true, they never clean the faucet. Bad customer service.

The sink faucet was completely dirty and the water pressure was ridiculous. The maintenance and front desk said is the normal hotel pressure. Not true, the shower has good pressure, after call several times they return and clean the faucet. Maybe never was clean. Bad service, I will never return to this hotel.

When we first walked into the property to check in, I was really taken back. It was a very small check in area with a bar and the restaurant right there, so looks can be deceiving. It was a great place with no issues with anything. we enjoyed our stay with buffet breakfast every morning (an extra charge). There was a shuttle to and from Seaworld and other venues we did not take advantage of. Our stay was great due to the friendly service and helpful workers. We would definitely stay again if in area. I will say, there really isn't anything walkable around but our focus was on seaworld, so it was perfect. I only remember the front Desk, Pamela but everyone was great, including the breakfast servers.

It was kept clean and staff was kind. Our blinds were not working properly and the internet was shotty. Other than that, the room and public areas were acceptable.

My room was too noisy due to a common door between mine and next room. The alarm used to turn on every morning at 6 AM and it disturbed my sleep. The main desk didn’t listen to me

Unfortunately this hotel couldn’t even follow through on the simplest request of delivering some linens to the room. We reserved a 1 bedroom with King and sofa bed. There were no linens for the sofa bed…easy fix right? The manager on duty couldn’t find the engineer and stated he had absolutely no access to the linens. So my daughter had to sleep on a bed with no sheets, we gave up our blanket (so now we’re cold) so she wouldn’t be cold. The TV remote don’t work…they couldn’t be get anyone to fix that either as no one showed up. I’ll pass on this place next time

The place was clean and comfortable, had good amenities, close to all of the attractions.

They have a serious problem in the housekeeping and maintenance area. I stayed for 2 nights on this trip, on December 31, 2024, and on January 6, 2024. On the first night, they assigned me a room with a broken and inoperable sun-blocking curtain. On the second night, the bathroom did not have shampoo, bath soap, or hand soap. In both cases, the coffee maker in the room also did not have instructions, and when I operated it, it spilled coffee the size of the cup. I burned myself trying to operate it without spilling. Truly a shame. On the other hand, the reception staff on the second night was quite rude and unhelpful.

EXCELLENT PROPETY THAT IS A 1/2 MILE WALK TO SEAWORLD. VERY CLEAN AND AWESON STAFF. WILL STAY HERE AGAIN.

Front desk customer service was not hospitable. Room cleaniness was not satisfactory. Wouldn't recommend.

We stayed here when we visited SeaWorld. This hotel is very walkable to the park and is clean and fit our family of three perfectly. The staff was so nice - I will definitely stay here again!

the lobby looks new and clean. The pool was decent. Hot tub jaccuzzi was really good. The room looks outdated and we are lack of soap, lotion and no ironing board Upon check in we request our room to be cleaned daily. We were there for 3 days, not once the room was cleaned. So many things were not refilled in the room we have to call to ask for everything. They bring things up very quickly but in my opinion things should be refilled prior to be ready for guests

The hotel was fine and there were signs in the room indicating that they only clean the room every other day. We were there three nights and our room was never cleaned. We could have stayed at a similarly priced and rated hotel nearby and had our room cleaned daily, free self parking and a free breakfast.
