The hotel was nice and clean. It’s at a great location too!

I was in room 201. About 6:30 on the morning, doors was being slammed shut several times. I wanted to sleep in because ive had a long, restless weekend. Very disappointed that workers cant respect the people that are staying there.

Other than the maid busting in our room at 9:00 after we yelled that we were still there and hadn’t checked out our stay was great.

The property is as advertised. Clean ,comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a good complimentary breakfast. Our stay was very good until the last evening when school bus load of children checked in. They were running the halls, slamming doors and using the hallway as their meeting room. This went on until after 11pm on a Sunday evening when we had to get up early the next morning. I don't know what the property could have done about it, but it was very annoying.

We come back to this place..only issue wascat breakfast...a female worker rearranging the cabinets..down on the floor...just in the way....feel that could be done prior to breakfast being over...overall--we will continue to come back 🙂

The location was great, friendly staff. Our only complaint was the refrigerator did not work.

Stay in this hotel often! Hotel is great clean and comfy! My only issue this time was we booked this hotel so my daughter could swim after her cheer competition and the pool was closed due to pipes being busted due to weather. If the pool isn’t open I believe the hotel should contact guest before checking in to let them know. I would have stayed else where so my daughter could enjoy the pool or enjoy something else will stay again though hopefully the pool will be up and running :)

Clean convenient facility and literally walked across hotel parking lot to Texas Roadhouse for dining.

Such a nice hotel. Had such nice staff, so willing to help. Great hot breakfast served everyday.

Conveniently located, just a a few miles away from Hot Springs National Park and near the exit to other attractions such as Garvan Gardens, Coleman Mining, and Ouachita Lake. Staff were nice and knowledgeable. The pool was perfect for our children, and our room was comfortable although the bathroom needs to be updated. Overall it was excellent.

Bathroom sink needs unclogged! I reported to front desk but nothing was done

It was all good, especially the beds/pillows, breakfast, and location. We wll be staying their again whenever we travel to Hot Springs.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff was also fantastic. We stayed 1 night and was in town for passports. The staff was extra helpful with printing documents and such for us. I do wish it had a better breakfast but other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

Newly remodeled. Staff friendly. Variety of options for breakfast. Right off interstate, so quick drive to most attractions in the area.
