This hotel met all expectations. Was clean and comfortable.

Everything was good at the facility except the bathroom.We were located in a room with a handicap bathroom. If you're not handicapped or not using a wheelchair or a device to help a disabled individual,we noticed when standing in the shower showering the floor was slick and the water ran from the shower too a drain in the middle of the bathroom, making the bathroom floor very slippery and dangerous. There should be anti slip *****s placed on the floor for safety

Room for sent ready and they sent us up to a room that was not ready not once but twice. Stay should have been free after the second trip.

Convenient clean and welcoming. I left a few things at the front and service desk rep brought them to me.

I asked if the pool was open and told yes and only to find out it was closed for maintenance. Also lots of toenail clippings in my room. GROSS!

When I arrived I told them my name, they took my card, then proceeded to tell me they didn’t have my room available! How can I make a reservation if a room isn’t available! They told me that people who were staying decided to extend their stay. Ridiculous! I made the reservation you can just give up my room. Beyond pissed. Never staying at a Super 8 again.

The first room we were in had bad plumbing and they said they would fix it while we ate dinner. We came back hours later and it was still not fixed. They moved us and that room was filled with smoke fumes from a smoker. Finally our third room was decent. In the morning there was very limited breakfast items. Nothing like in the pictures. We will not be back.

We stayed here again, because previously we liked the pool. Well, there was no prior information given that the pool was closed, but would be open the day that we checked out. We won’t stay here again.

We had a broken window in the first room. They quickly moved us to another room. Breakfast was great.

This location is great for me traveling to Akron for work. Great facility, clean, courteous staff.

We wish the pool would have been open but it was out of order. Everything else was great and comfortable. The area had plenty to do and eat, but we were in town for a specific event so we didn’t do a lot near the hotel.

The room was clean and large. Staff was very friendly and efficient. We had to leave one day early due to illness of a family member and Tye, the manager, approved a refund for the second day. Was very professional and compassionate and understanding about our circumstance. We will use Hampton the next trip we go on.

I was forced to find other accommodations 45 minutes away after finding bed bugs in my room. This meant driving in a rainstorm at midnight in construction. The staff was responsive and helpful, as all of the surrounding properties in Akron and even Cleveland were fully booked. I’m having trouble connecting to get my refund. Booked through *******, so this complicated things.

Very clean hotel! Easy access to the highway and parking is plentiful. Beds are very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.
