Excellent accomodation right at the top of a must see attraction, Jabel Hafeet hill in the outskirts of Al Ain. Very friendly, polite and accommodating staff. Comfortable rooms. Liked the heated outdoor swimming pool.

If you love peace and quiet, hotel away from the hustle and bustle, 30 km to Al Ain, no shuttle service, so you have to rely on a car or taxi. The water in the pool is cold, maybe heats up in summer, it can get cooler in the evening. The neighboring hotel ALBERNI is more recommended and also matches the price. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent

Almost every other activities at property was chargeable. Also service was worst. We literally have to call multiple times for every single things. No hand towels, flush & shattaf was not working well. Pool slides are barely working.
