The staff here are awesome. I have been coming here for the last four years on business and I’ve never ever had a bad time All the staff are courteous and professional EG: today the room was tidied by Borhan and like his colleagues in reception, front desk, F&B, and all the managers he was polite, professional and diligent in his work Can’t say enough god about this hotel

One of the best hotels I have had the pleasure to stay at worldwide. I was conducting a training program in this hotel and the staff and hotel accommodation are first class and I would recommend staying at this establishment. May I also make a shout out for the following staff at this hotel who went above and beyond there service and are very value add staff to this establishment:- Reception - Hadeel Coffee Shop waiters - Grabrial and Isman who looked after me during my stay and finally a very special shout out to Rahoof who at all times was courteous and a very busy member of staff. Once again thank you and I look forward to staying with you again in the not too distant future.

The room itself was undeniably impressive. Spacious, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, it provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. However, my enthusiasm was dampened upon encountering an unpleasant odor in the bathroom, which detracted from the overall experience. Moving on to dining, the restaurant experience was decent but not outstanding. While the food was satisfactory, it didn't quite meet the high expectations one would associate with the InterContinental brand. The culinary offerings lacked the wow factor that sets top-tier hotels apart. Unfortunately, the disappointment didn't end there. I found the service at the reception to be subpar, particularly from Ahmed. Not as helpful or accommodating as one would expect from staff at a renowned hotel chain, his demeanor left much to be desired. Additionally, I was puzzled by the hotel's policy of splitting the rooms and restricting access to certain facilities. It seemed unnecessary and inconvenient to limit guests to using only the gym in their building, especially considering the amenities available in other parts of the hotel.

This is a super modern, brand new hotel in a business district. Beautiful design and very friendly and kind staff and good amenities. They have a decent room service. The rooms are spacious, bathroom well equipped with a good water pressure. Silence at night. Across the street from the hotel is a great breakfast/lunch place Koy&bakery which serves fantastic food. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Very impressed with the staff and quality of accommodation at the hotel, from the moment I arrived the staff were all helpful and friendly. The quality of the room was super as it was large with a good working area and seating area. The room was modern and well maintained and clean throughout. The breakfast options were extensive and again great service from the staff who were constantly looking to help. A great business hotel and a very enjoyable stay.

Great stay in the centre of Khobar, staff could not have been more attentive. Will be returning.

Efficient and safe. Well appointed room

I have never been to Al Khobar before and I was a little unsure how my experience would be…I have been to many IHG properties around the world and this is one of my FAVORITES. I started at a different hotel but quickly changed after I met the staff and had a tour of the property. The reception is AMAZING. On many occasions Ahlam provided EXCELLENT service. She is someone who really cares about your experience. The GM even called me to ensure my stay was exceeding expectations…. Make sure you stay here when traveling to Al Khobar… Mike

We visited Antika Restaurant Al Khobar and would request one and all to avoid the place for iftar, even if it is the last place availabe! Leftover and cold serving those too limited. Disinterested staff as if on protest except for Amr Supervisor. The management must consider shutting this place down. Also saw a guest taking his money back. Please avoid

We came for Iftar party, very convenient excess and lot of parking. Security and front desk staff are very cooperative. Chef has given us food intro at the Restaurant. Huge verity of continental food is available. Comfortable seating area this place is highly recommended for family and even corporate Iftar parties. We are enjoying it very much and sure you all will be...

The key to open the door upon check in failed to open the door twice - all this after a tiring trip. On the third attempt they changed the room to a lower floor where the room had the hot and cold faucets reversed in the shower and the sink clogged and backed up no matter how little water you flowed while brushing your teeth. No apologies from the hotel staff or the manager who upon being contacted said “Sorry”. A sad state of affairs for a well located and previously well managed hotel.

This hotel is a bit older and dated but the standard is very good. Large and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and service minded reception crew makes you feel welcome. Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast options could be improved, especially the bread selection but the hot section is very good.
