住過的管理和服務最差的酒店：1、酒店樓宇較多，最角落的7號8號樓和服務枱距離遠，離主幹道也遠，外出不方便。看圖一。2、每個樓衹有3層，且沒有電梯，大件行李的，有長者的，慎重。預訂時特意定了豪華大床房，顯示在1層，看圖二，入駐時卻安排在3層。3、前台服務水平極差，對樓層提出異議時説讓我們找平台，酒店難道對自己掛在平台的訊息準確性不負責的嗎？4、購買外賣送到前台，前台拒收，送到門衞，門衞拒收，最重導致外賣丟失。

離海埂大壩很近，離雲南民族村出很近，走路十多分鐘就到了，酒店內部挺大的，滇池的海鷗特多。
環境：不錯
服務：還可以

1.前台服務員講話像老闆，絲毫沒有服務意識
2.房間洗澡水小的可憐，温度也不夠高，導致感冒
3.酒店早餐實屬垃圾，油條是幾天前的咬不動，包子味道不對壞了，不到九點大多菜都沒有了
4.房間陰冷潮濕，沒有加濕器開空調乾燥死
5.晚上凍感冒買個葯快遞都不讓進酒店，保安電話都不接

老牌的酒店，服務周到，房間雖然比較小，但設備齊全，乾淨整潔，整體比較滿意。早餐比較簡單，米線好吃。酒店停車很方便，到海埂大壩也很方便，走路大概15分鐘。門口可掃碼騎車。

超讚的感覺，房價也不高，主要這是國營酒店，環境超好，和新興的酒店兩個層次。值得下次繼續入住。還有早餐也超不錯，孩子們都喜歡。下次住別墅區
