My 1st time in Amritsar and had a wonderful time at holiday inn hotel,the staff of the hotel was top notch and made me feel very comfortable and welcoming thanks to neeraj at the reception ..the rooms were huge and got upgraded to the deluxe room..special thanks to mr Raghav Sharma(Duty ***ager)who went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable and also to Jaykrishna ,kanta, sohan at the resto who attended to all my needs very well..and for the help desk ppl all were very well…will definitely come back to Amritsar and will always stay at Holiday Inn..i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone..and also this hotel should for sure get a 5 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Kevin Gurbani-Jakarta Indonesia)

An amazing experience and great hotel. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. The food is delicious and the breakfast and dinner buffets were superb. Lots of vegetarian options and meat also available. A special mention to the *** working at the travel desk, called Harmeet, he was very helpful and organised all of our drivers. Thank you.

An exemplary service experience. Very quick Check-in and checkout, inspite of a Huge rush, very prompt service from the room service staff at 3 in the morning. A job well done guys.

It was our second stay at this hotel, and it has remained consistent in terms of its quality and service. The hotel seems to be a bit old but maintains a good and decent quality of rooms, and the washrooms are good. Service and hospitality are at their best. Even the options for food at the breakfast are really plentiful and very much above expectations. The best was the staff's greating for my IHG high level membership during the breakfast time. Feels really very nice. One star less due to the hotel ageing and still some minor improvements required.

We got here such a top service and food really appreciated to f&b ***ager and their team who's working in great way and they've always ready to help us also seen that such beautiful place holiday inn there's everything well ***aged we enjoy alot.. recommend to everyone

The staff is very polite and helpful. Ambience us very nice . I had come for a seminar and my experience in this hotel is very nice. I would like to visit here again and I will also suggest other people to come here and stay in guest rooms and enjoy food here . Special thanks to ms saiyam form front office depar**ent.

Room was very comfortable. I was impressed by all the staff within the hotel.They were polite, friendly, approachable and extremely helpful. My stay was a lot more comfortable because of the warm hospitality rendered by the staff especially Saiyam and Shivankar. Thanks for making me feel home, from a place far away from home.

It was a very pleasant and happy stay there. Hospital is very good here. Especially Mr.***jot took care of my family very well. Keep rocking like this.. Should improve your standards in room service...the pricing is quite high to the quantity you give.. Just check with that...otherwise everything is perfect.
