I really enjoyed my holiday at this hotel. The staff is friendly and always ready to help! Wonderful room cleaning, towels changed every day! I will definitely return to this hotel again.

Economy room is very small comparing the hotel I stayed before but considering this hotel is in old city , it’s understandable.The staff was excellent and always helpful and very nice. Overall nice hotel, good location and has a good vibe, I definitely recommend.

Good location. The hotel is a bit old, although they wanted to give it a facelift with paint and decoration. It doesn't have a pool but you can go to the other hotel in the same group. The cleanliness is fair.

Comfortable convenient and impeccable cleanliness with balcony and fridge. The staff were particularly impressive and efficient.

Beware the description of this hotel as a Spa destination. Booked through ***********, we arrived in anticipation of a holiday that would be enjoyable. The bells rang the moment we saw the empty swimming pool. No reason given as to why this was and it remained empty for the duration of our 8 night stay. It might have been a little less inconvenient if the hotel had been in someway in the proximity of the beach it suggested, 550yds. It took at best 40mins to walk to, at a significantly fast pace, nearer an hour in most cases. Our board was for bed and breakfast, however we were challenged by staff regarding payment for the breakfast, eventually they renegged about this. Our room was advertised as a delux double, which simply meant 2 single beds pushed together, nothing more than a standard twin room, which I had seen advertised on another website for £125 less for the same stay. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO *********** REPEATEDLY SINCE OUR RETURN WITHOUT ANY REASONABLE RECOMPENSE. Repeated emails and phonecalls result in being told they will get back to you in 24hrs, at which point you are asked to submit your information again each time. A tactic obviously meant to eventually result in you giving up your challenges regarding price matching and compensation for such majorly impacting factors as the pool and non-proximity to the beach. Indeed, on my insistance of being put through to somebody in management who could deal with my request for meaningful compensation, there was never anyone available. Indeed, when I became very insistent on my last call about the situation and the poor customer service, which basically is being told repeatedly that they are 'so sorry to hear that', the operator disconnected my call. At no point did I become abusive or swear, just insistant. I have been given €25 , which I imagine is all anyone ever gets regardless. I WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH *********** AGAIN. Their promises and customer service is fictional. HOLIDAY MAKERS BEWARE.
