Hotel was a night stop over before travel next day from airport. It is far from anything but it did us well. Helpful reception staff. The room was clean , tidy and comfortable.

Very nice place but AC did not work and electric card kept turning off. Apart from these minor issues the room was perfect and would 100% stay again.

The location is very remote, more than an hour from the sights and the airport. There was a lot of noise in the hotel. There is airplane noise all night long, there is an airport very close by. There is no water at the tap of the lab and shower and no toilet paper. They only come to clean your room every few days and give you towels, I asked for a down blanket for my daughter and did not get one. then you live in a dirty room with dirty towels. Most taxi drivers are scammers, for five days it cost me €500 just for taxis. In short, a very bad experience in that hotel. That is the first time and the last time I have been to that hotel!!!

This hotel is at a very good location . Just 12 minutes from Istanbul Airport. Their staff are friendly and helpful. The environment and the rooms are clean. I will definitely recommend this for my family and friends because I got value for my money.

Very dissatisfied with the noise in the rooms and hallway all night long. The food we ordered was suddenly twice as expensive from €20 to €40 and it wasn't even €5 worth of food, definitely not recommended!

Everything was good except the noise from outside, the room is clean and comfortable but it needs to be soundproof. The staff is polite and respectful. I benefited from the early check in and late check out. I really recommend it if you don’t want to go to the city center daily.

The staff of the hotel is very helpful and polite. The services from the Airport was very accurate. They send you clear information throughout your phone about any details that you need to know to reach out your transportation. I arrived very early at 6:30 am in the morning and they allowed me to do my check in; that way I could rest after my trip. Thank you so much to Mr Caffar and Mr Kadir for your good services. I am definitely will continue coming to this hotel.
