Free parking is the usual express hotel chain. A supermarket nearby is also very convenient. No breakfast. It's actually okay to buy a little from a nearby fast food restaurant.

The woman at the desk when I checked in was wonderful. I hate that I didn’t catch her name. She recommended local restaurants and they were delicious. She was so kind and made check in quick and smooth. The room was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was immaculate, towels were super white and smelled clean and the shower was awesome. The property was well kept and the location was right in the middle of tons of conveniences but it sits on a side road that makes it seem like it isn’t in the middle of all the conveniences so it was quiet. Lots of good movie channels and the hotel toiletries smelled amazing. I will choose this hotel over any other one every time I’m in the area.

ALL staff members were very nice and helpful. Managers (possible owners?) were present every day. The hotel was super clean...and I mean SUPER CLEAN. Friendly staff. The location wasn't the greatest for walking...however there are many fast food restaurants, along with Cracker Barrel and IHOP less than a couple of blocks away that are walkable. I liked the shower in the Bathroom. Instead of it being squared, it is rounded off, which made it more roomy. Even though I'm a single traveler, I always get a double bed room. That way I have a choice if one of the beds isn't comfortable.... That was NOT the case here.... The beds were very comfortable. They were neither too firm or too soft just right. The pillows were very very comfortable. Good selection of breakfast items. I was very happy with my stay and found the prices to be very reasonable. All staff was helpful. It's only a short drive to downtown Asheville. I was very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend.

This was a great hotel, i figured it would be a low in hotel due to the price, but we were wrong. This looks to be a newer hotel, the rooms are a little small but very clean and cozy . Better then the fairfield we are staying in tonight for twice the price.

Great priced hotel, only minutes away from Biltmore. Right off exit 44 on I40. Biltmore at exit 50. Will stay there again when in the area.

It was a perfect hotel experience for us! Quiet, good service, and good food.

It was pleasant and clean. Eating places at very near by. The view is also great.

We stayed at a Sleep Inn Biltmore West for six days. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was perfect without cycling noise, and the parking lot was large with adequate parking spaces. The surrounding area appeared safe. The shower had good water pressure. There were plenty of options at breakfast although the quality was below average. The fitness room only had an elliptical, a treadmill and an exercise bicycle. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for the price. Location was good with easy access to the expressway and 10 to 15 minutes to downtown. Although the expressway was nearby, we did not hear any traffic noise as our room faced the parking lot.

Always clean and staff is always friendly.. They don't allow oversized vehicles,RVs and semi trucks on property due to limited space

This was a lovely place to stay while we were exploring Asheville. It was comfortable and the shower and water pressure was amazing. Very very clean

I stayed at Sleep Inn Asheville West for 3 nights at the end of September 2023. Price was reasonable. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a "new" feel. Very nice view of the mountains from the breakfast room balcony. Excellent breakfast food variety including eggs, mini-muffins, mini-waffles, sausage, bananas, cereal and more. Coffee and 3 types of tea available 24 hrs/day in the breakfast room. All workers were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
