Great location and amenities. The Jade Waters park is a great bonus! The only complaint I have is how extremely slow and under staffed the pool bar was. If you’re going to raise the price of the wristbands from $25 to $55 because it’s Memorial Day weekend then it would make sense to bring in additional staff to ensure that everyone is served in a timely manner. Waiting in line 30 mins + for a drink takes guests away from fully enjoying themselves.

Hotel anatole is a mini vacation for my son and me we have started a tradition of staying here before school starts i never want to leave here it’s the perfect trip for us i get to relax and enjoy time w my son while he is happy i look forward to coming again real soon

Two families traveling together (2 adults, 4 kids-ages 9, 10, 11 & 13) for a staycation during the week. The beach rental flooded, so we headed to north Texas instead. Art in the hotel was amazing. Snuck in a history lesson during summer vacation. Food in restaurants was above average with above average prices as well. Restrooms were extremely clean. Rooms were only serviced for 2+ days stay. Only serviced one time between Tues-Fri. You pay the price for convenience but you could check in and never leave the hotel. Water park was open 10-7. Spa was not open yet, a little disappointing. Customer service was top notch.

The Hilton Anatole is a beautiful hotel. Well kept, excellent staff, and conveniently located. I will definitely stay here again.

This was our first time staying here. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were extremely clean. We had a little challenge locating the tower rooms. We checked in near Parking Lot 1. The clerk that checked in my other family asked if this was there first time here and offered them a map. They were given the option of a room on a lower level. We were on the 16th floor. My clerk only asked if i was parking a car.. We were walking through the atrium to find our way to the tower. A young lady stopped to ask if we needed help, we informed her of we were looking the tower. She pointed us in the right direction. This young lady wss on her way to deliver coffee to someone and took the time to stop and assist us. We left our luggage at the bell stand because we were trying to make it to the Mavs game. When we returned there was no one at the bell stand and the clerks at the front desk were vey busy. We had been standing there maybe 5 minutes. The valet person brought in someones bags and asked if we needed help. He retrieved our bags within seconds. We will stay here again.

It won’t let me add Parking above. So confusing! It was not relayed to us to use our key card to come and go thru the gate, nor did it let us. We had to pay over $30 twice a day on 2 cars. When checking out, we inquired about this and were told our cards should have been linked to the parking so we could come and go with our key card and not be over charged daily. (She looked and they were never linked). Hoping to be reimbursed as promised…. Also- our room was in the tower…. An “inner room” - not a big deal, we were going to be gone all day both days, but at night- it was SO loud! In the room- not sure if it was coming from the pipes or the vents, but it was extremely loud…. This needs to be checked on. Very clean, but maid service is every other day just fyi.

Its sprawling with services spread out over a large area. We were in the tower which is more like a residency building than a hotel. No lobby breakfast. No pool. The water park was closed too. And typical hilton where they even charge for warer. Remind me to avoid actual hiltons again as i vowed never to stay.

Check in was easy the staff were nice, loved the shuttle bus to and from market we never had to wait once. The property was clean, also very spaced out so spaced out it was hard to find our way around. We stayed on the attrium side of the building. The walls are really thin. Our next door neighbors tv we could here it word for word through the wall and people hollaring and laughing in the lobby areas we could hear while trying to sleep from our 9th floor room. I also wish there was access to a microwave, I brought home pasta leftovers and wanted to heat them up and the room doesnt have a microwave I called front desk to ask if there was one on property I could use but they didnt answer and I on hold for over 10 mins before I gave up and went to bed without eating. We will stay somewhere else for the cost next time we are in dallas.

This could be a great hotel but it’s out dated and dingy. Not worth the price for what you’re getting. Better off staying in Uptown

We really enjoyed the bar and was happy to see the convenient store with very accommodating hours! The hotel is very large with a lot of wasted space between venues. For a convention it would be amazing but for 2 people we will likely book at a smaller venue with a bar and grill.

My kids and i love this property. We feel safe here and there is plenty to do with small kids, even in the colder months!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Anatole to attend the Cotton Bowl! It's a beautiful property with a spacious and comfortable lobby and dining area. It's perfect for small gatherings of friends and family, or to work by yourself. All the artwork is fun and amazing as well! And the workout center is AWESOME! The ONLY issue I had was the shower water did not get hot. It was lukewarm and low-pressure. I know that seems like a small thing - but I love a hot shower in the morning. And unfortunately the 2 days I was there I didn't get one.
