Typical 5 star hotel. Nice and clean. Only problem I asked room services to bring 2 forks in my room. They said they have to charge £15.00 for them to bring it to my room or free to collect it from the bar.

Loved the hotel location and room was spacious. Breakfast too was yummy but not too many options! Lovely view. Was odd that a 5 stars hotel doesn’t provide complementary water.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Excellent gym with fantastic equipment and view. Breakfast was great. Hotel staff were helpful and professional, without exception. Highly recommended. Thank you.

good quality hotel with good service

Travelled with my partner.He was running the marathon we chose this hotel as it is well situated for the finish line . The breakfast was more than adequate and staff were helpful and polite . I had my free bottle of wine as a silver member alas they only left one wine glass ? The room was small but for 3 nights did the job . Certainly expected bigger and better for a 5*Hotel. The fridge is stocked with mini bar ,snacks and chocolate bars at extortionate prices . Clean towels and toiletries replaced daily and the bed made . We noticed spots of blood on the sheets on the Saturday night and house keeping changed the sheets on the Sunday..However my partner complained he had been bitten and on investigation he has been bitten a dozen times or so on his neck,as well as bites on his arms torso etc which are extremely itchy and we would conclude the hotel has bed bugs as previously reported by guests earlier in the year . We requested late check out as our flight home was late evening this could be arranged for a further 89 euros . We checked out left our luggage and collected it later let’s hope we haven’t brought any unwanted guests back home with us .

The Divani Caravel was fantastic! After a long travel day, to our surprise, each couple was upgraded at check-in to a junior suite. The suites were fabulous with lots of room and amenities! We even had a view of the Acropolis from each window! We enjoyed the rooftop bar after check-in. The food and drinks were wonderful! We were able to walk to the Olympic Park, Acropolis, and Plaka area. There were amazing restaurants right beside the hotel and a coffee shop and bakery a few blocks away. We had a perfect stay here!

Nice hotel and very helpful staff, the view from the roofgarden is fantastic.

A great hotel with friendly and extremely helpful staff. We love the roof garden bar and pool. About a 20 minute walk from Plaka but the staff are very helpful arranging taxis if you aren't in the mood to walk
