We enjoy the staff very friendly and the bar drinks and food was better then the restaurant we went to . When went to Chris brown concert and was a 5min walk to arena

This is an excellent hotel to stay at if you have an event to attend at the State Farm Arena. It is close by and their is a Waffle House next to the hotel. The Hotel was clean and the staff was very professional!

Everything was good except that the bathroom sink was clogged when we got there, probably from the previous guests. Joe came to our rescue and took care of it quickly. At the end of our first day when we got back to the room, the tv was on and we had not turned it on. It was weird. Nothing was missing and yet nothing was cleaned in our room either, so we were very concerned as to who had come in there. We reported it and Joe reassured us that he would look at the cameras if necessary.

A shade that wouldn’t raise so pitch dark room all day long - no soap in shower dispenser and someone’s long hair in my bed. Reported it and all I got in return was soap. While waiting in line an older couple came to the counter to report they had no door on their bathroom! Clearly they don’t care.

The first room was beat up - the lock had ducktape! The replacement room was better. Would expect more amenities in the room - like water and toiletries.

I love the cleanliness. Staff were really welcoming and polite. Only thing I had a problem with, no lotion in the room.

My room was comfortable and clean- the cleanest bathroom I have had in a very long time! The bed was comfortable, TV was huge, shower was amazing. The area around the property was really loud at night. Smell of pot in and around the property got old. Still think it was a great place.

They charged me $100 for parking. Cleaning came knocking on the door 3 times, what time was I going to leave?

I booked a stay at AC Hotel Atlanta Downtown to participate in the Hot Chocolate Run. I knew from information on the website it was close to Centennial Olympic Park, but I was really excited when I saw how close! I needed to change my reservations the day of arrival, and had no issues making changes even though I'm sure they were seeing an influx thanks to the race and other activities. We were warmly welcomed by the valet service upon arrival and had no issues checking in quickly. All associates working the front desk were very attentive and inviting. Ms. Tracy checked us in and was an absolute gem during our stay! Race day was cold and upon returning to the hotel, Ms. Tracy had hot chocolate with marshmallows out for guests as they were entering or leaving the property. The double queen room was very nice and easily accommodated three adults. The bathroom was absolutely beautiful and had a mounted shower head and a rain shower head. I used the rain shower head and it was awesome! My only "complaint" was that the bed looked more comfortable than what it truly was, but it did not deter me enjoying my night's sleep or my stay in general. The property is also walking distance to other great sites in downtown. I truly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning to take advantage of it's central location.

Breakfast selection is not good, not worth the price. Hotel is great and staff very friendly.

Nice hotel right across the street from the Tabernacle. The on site bar open in the evening was very good. Staff was friendly.
