Very clean and staff was super nice. I checked in and they had my booking as soon as i placed it.

Service was excellent, friendly staff. Bathroom had hair in shower, questioned if the room had been throughly cleaned. Pillows, sheets, and towels did not smell fresh.

Nice hotel

Nice convenient property. Room fixtures were a bit worn but clean. Bed was very comfortable.

I was given the disabled room - first room off the lobby. It was loud and disruptive - the shower is not ideal if you are not disabled. I was woken up at 2:30 in the morning by drunken students coming back to the room next door and they continued their fun until 4:30 in the morning. Two nights of bad sleep

We were given a room on bottom floor adjacent to the back door. All during the night the door was slammed from people coming in and out of the hotel instead of using main entrance. Plumbing sounded like it was inside the wall of our room which created noises from anyone using the showers and faucets. A/C had loud noises coming from it to the point of turning off. Overall for 2 nights stay we had very limited sleep at a hotel that looked to have promise of a nice hotel but soon found that was not the case. Front desk seemed unconcerned about the issues we had. For next 4 years we will be frequenting the area but will not be using this hotel for issues explained.

This is our second time staying. We like the property. Our window shade would not lower and there was no one onsite who could fix it. We had to stack pillows in front of the opening the block the view and the light from the road

The staff here were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was constantly attended to to make sure the foods and coffee were stocked and there were plenty of options. The front desk staff was very nice. The showers were a little in need of paint but the beds are extremely comfortable!!!

Perfect stay for a game day weekend! My husband and I were very pleased with the cleanliness of the entire hotel as well as the kindness of the staff. We will come back!

The room was nice, though the in room refrigerator could have been bigger though it was wonderfully clean. The bathroom was clean though the tub would benefit from resurfacing. The free breakfast was open and ready for the later sleepers too!

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. An enjoyable and pleasant ending to a very long and tiring day.

I've stayed there several times. It's a good spot but the elevator is the slowest on the face of the earth. Otherwise everything was fine

Air conditioning and the people next door were noisy, but the bed was comfy and the breakfast quite good.

Shower wasn’t cleaned well. Tons of hair in it. Rest of room spotless. Biggest thing to note is the entrance vs how Waze takes you. It inadvertently puts you the wrong way in a one way turn lane. Be cautious especially at night. Someone’s gonna get killed there.
