The environment is very good

It was very clean and quiet. People were friendly. Rooms were newly renovated and the room was nice. One of the better hotels I've stayed at honestly. Would recommend.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of my room. There were crumbs on the table beneath the t.v. The floor lamp was dusty, and my son’s sheets didn’t appear to have been washed. The staff was very friendly however and it was quiet and safe.

Staff claims reservation was not in system. Although he found it in both names provided. Blamed it on booking online. Quite lengthy check in and didnt know how to access wifi. No shower supplies. I think they need to train staff.

Everything was great except my room didn't have a microwave. Had a small fridge but no microwave

All the employees at the front desk that I encountered were pleasant, respectful, and helpful. I'd have to say that this Courtyard is LUCKY to have them. If I had to judge this hotel only by the front desk people I encountered it would be 5 stars. My stay was 2 nights: Friday & Sat. However, my room had some small issues that of course when I brought them up to the front desk were corrected right away by the front desk person non the less. My sink plug was stuck down and wouldn't drain right, I had requested new towels from house keeping and never received them and the conditioner bottle was empty. The front desk person corrected all 3 issues quickly. Also, I noticed the tissues smelled mildewy and were damp. The box was sitting at the end of the sink vanity and when you lifted the plastic container that they were in the tissue box was soaking wet. When you would wash your hands and reach with wet hands to shut the water off the water from your hands would roll towards the tissue box. The vanity was light colored and you really couldn't notice the water build up. I requested a new box and was given one. Also, the bed was one of the MOST comfortable beds I've ever slept on at a hotel.

Easy one night stay in Auburn for a family weekend for the football game. Location was perfect. Checkin was digital. Rooms clean and bed comfy. Great hotel.

The property provides a friendly, inviting atmosphere. The staff welcomes guests with a smile and ensures that needs are met. Such an amazing stay!

Liked the location convenience Didn’t like how loud the Air conditioner was - didn’t get a good night sleep. At check out woman at front desk was so unfriendly and grumpy

Be Ty nice rooms & property but the coffee maker in our room was missing parts & the cleaning crew kept knocking on our door early in the morning way before check out trying to rush us out - so ignoring.

Lovely area, clean, modern rooms. Will come back.

Beautiful accommodations. Our vanity light above the mirror in the bathroom was out. Made it difficult to dress and do makeup.

Room dirty, towels thread-bare, blood drops on sheets, etc. We stayed there about a month ago and both elevators were out of service.

Room was clean and beds comfy. The hotel let a large leaking garbage bag sit in the lobby by the elevators for 24 hrs. The floor was so sticky. It was disgusting. I was locked out of my room for an hour because my key cards didn’t work and they couldn’t get it fixed. They tried to comp my room for the trouble but said they couldn’t because I booked through ******* so I contacted ******* but they wouldn’t help. I’ll never use ******* again.
