I would rate my stay in this hotel as excellent. Staffs is friendly and helping. Hotel accommodation is new and design is superb. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is delicious love the sambal nasi lemak and the croissant was veryyyy soft and delicious.
Just that there is no specific parking space we parked at metra sentral parking space near their lobby. Lots of reserved parking but didnt see any car parking. When asking the counter informed that reserved parking means already full.π
but overall everything ok

Staffs are friendly and the breakfast was great with many choices. But I found the ants π inside my room and there maybe need an improvement on the moonbar at the roof top. Overall We have enjoyed during our stay.

PROs
1) Room considered as new and clean
2) Housekeeping team very responsive and quick too (kudos to them)
3) Food choices for breakfast were OK
CONs
1) Location was too remote and far from any eateries.
2) View from room was just an eyesore especially the one facing to Metra Square
3) Parking space looked unclean and spooky
It is a good hotel but for me I will not book again in the near future (sorry for the sincere comment)

Clean and comfort hotel. Close to any restaurant and the breakfast was great. Enjoyed my 2 nights there

Booked through trip.com, it was fast and smooth check in. The room conditions were good. Comfy bed and pillow. There's lots of options for breakfast. Recommended hotel and will be a preferred one if I return back to Melaka.

My second time staying in this hotel for the month of March 24. First stay was good. The room was excellent. Everything works. No issues at all. As for the second stay which was just a few days ago, the room was in poor condition. The bathroom sink tap was loose, the do not disturb sign was not working. I had to call for assistance with the TV because there was no signal for the channels. Turns out it was the signal box issue because everytime I leave the room with the key card out of the slot, the room has no power so the TV loses all the stored channels.. The TV remote was running out of battery so I had to press it a few times to get it to work.
On the bright side, the staff and technician were quick to respond to our issues so kudos to them.
