room is small, but service is veri good. the location is almost the center of all routes. it is easy to go beach, train station and bus stop for outside of Nice, just 15 minutes walk distance.

A hotel perfect for solo travelers. Conveniently located and safe. Clean, comfortable, and with excellent service. The breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay here again.
