Convenient location and friendly reception staff. Was rather disappointed that there was no beverage and kettle/cups provided in room. The complimentary coffee was served in a common area next to the reception with paper cup. The room WiFi server was down on the day and we have to get down to the lobby area to access the internet service. The room is rather small and the fan noise from the old Aircon unit is disturbing.

Nice and tidy! Cold/hot water dispenser on each floor. Ice cubes and coffee in lobby level available was a plus. The restaurant was good as well, unfortunately it followed the local timing and was closed at 9pm already. That feels for a Hotel restaurant a bit early. A WiFi repeater at the restaurant would not hurt either. The Christmas decoration in the Hotel was very nice, just white silver and blue - a relieve for the eyes from the overcolored decorations everywhere else. Good stay, and we consider to come back.

During our stay, we found the overall experience quite satisfactory. The hotel's strategic location, with convenient access to taxis and its central position in the city, contributed positively to our visit. The cleanliness and coziness of our room were notable, providing a comfortable retreat. However, a notable drawback was the absence of wifi signal in our room, necessitating a trip to the lobby for online connectivity. On a positive note, the staff, particularly the friendly security guards, added a welcoming touch to our stay. While the food was adequate, it didn't stand out as particularly special.

This is my second booking at this hotel, yet I'm disappointed. The room seemed smaller in comparison to my first stay. The air conditioning unit appeared old, and the cover of the bathroom outlet was detached from the wall.

Place was nice and clean. Staffs were good. Location is excellent everything is walking distance fron hotel. But wifi was kinda slow.

This hotel will be the best place whatever type of traveler you may be. Conveniently located beside Victory Liner - they even have a bridge so you didn’t have to go out of the hotel. The food at Amare is really good. They serve the breakfast there too so guaranteed you wont be disappointed.

The hotel is dated. The first room they gave us had a foul odor so the staff assigned us to a new room. Everything is ok after the transfer.

Overall, our stay at Microtel Baguio was awesome. Despite the rainy weather, we were able to fully enjoy our time there. The hotel's location is excellent as it is connected to Victory Liner Baguio and situated in Upper Session Road. The room had all the essential amenities such as soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, a TV, and reliable wifi. Free drinking water was also available. Upon entering the room, we felt it was clean, sanitized, and cozy, thanks to Baguio's pleasant weather. We appreciated being able to order food from outside and have it delivered to our room. It was a great experience to dine by the window and enjoy the nice view. I highly recommend this hotel to those seeking a pleasant stay, especially since it is conveniently connected to the terminal. I would definitely consider returning in the future. Additionally, the hotel has its own restaurant, Amare, for those who prefer to dine on-site. Please note that this review reflects solely my personal opinion.

Convenient location if you are traveling with vehicle. Not so far from the night markets. Correct service according to the price.

Clean room. Staff always greet you when they see you around. Very convenient location near the bus terminal. Toilet with bidet. Free coffee. With air conditioning unit.

Good location, convenient next to Victory Liner and Jollibee. Walking distance to SM mall is about 9 minutes. Service was great, everyone was courteous, breakfast buffet was good. They had chicken, meat, dried fish, scrambled eggs, and a choice of rice or fried rice. Also had fruits, scrambled eggs, and vegetables. My husband and I prefer our coffee made from machine and not regular coffee, so for a fee you can order a cappuccino or latte. My husband had dinner there and they have a wood-burning brick oven for pizza. He said it was really good. I'll take his word for it since he knows food being in the restaurant business for 40 years.
