Friendly staff, a special thanks to the reception staff, very helpful and customer oriented.

Old and unhygienic. Maybe because it is cheap, there are many people staying there, but it is not recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It has a rating of 3 1/2 stars so wasn't sure what to expect. Cleanliness is most important to me, and it was definitely clean. I was afraid it might be a bit shabby, which it wasn't. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but it was quite nice. Breakfast was the norm. I would definitely stay there again.

Good location Fast check in service , pillows are beyond horrible , AC is old and stinky when u turn it on .

Everything about this place was honestly very nice, I was very surprised with how beautiful the hotel room and lobby! Front desk was very nice and communicative. But man, the bed was too big of a dealbreaker to overlook, and it soured the night I had planned for my partner and I. It genuinely felt no different from sleeping on the floor, no support or bounce whatsoever. I couldn’t stay the night because of it. The jetted tub was very nice though, but do keep in mind that it is the same size as a normal tub, I don’t know why I thought it would be larger.

The housekeeper walked into our room and didn’t knock on the door! I don’t feel safe staying there

Awesome rooms!! I would stay here again! My son and I stayed here on our way home because we knew there was a storm coming and we wanted to stop driving for the night and feel safe while the storm passed above. It was a great decision and we really enjoyed this hotel, its staff and our stay.

Cockroaches galore. No key to enter room and bed was broken . Not even a real mattress.

It was festive and nicely decorated for the holidays and the staff was very kind and helpful. The only thing I didn't like is some of the renovations in the room were poorly done (paint not completed, etc) and the amount of homeless people around the building.

Really clean. Loved the breakfast. Don’t get many hot breakfasts at hotels anymore. Would stay again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large but it is dated and the HVAC unit was dirty it appears it has not been cleaned for a long time.

Beds were uncomfortable, sheets on one bed were dirty luckily there were two beds. When I went to get breakfast there was a roach coming out the batter I went to grab my phone but it had gotten out. housekeeping just cleaned around it with a towel but did not change out the batter. Never will I stay here again

Very cordial staff!!!! Comfortable bed!! Only negative was the ice machine was out of order.

Nothing to complain about the actual facility. Great quality for the price you are paying. The area doesn't seem the best but it seems that they had security watching over the cars at all times which made me feel better/safer.
