Stayed at Park Avenue Hotel, Nungambakkam. The hotel is neat and well-maintained. Rooms are small but nicely arranged, clean, and comfortable. Toilets are clean with no odd smell, and fresh bath towels provided. Reception is friendly, and staff service is good — they even provided a shaving kit on request with a smile. Complimentary water bottles are given, extra water available at reasonable cost. Location is convenient, close to Chennai Central (4 km) and Chennai VAC (3.5 km). Overall, good value for money at ₹4500/-.

Very clean. Fab staff! Excellent breakfast and great location for Christ University in Bangalore too. Can't get over how thoughtfully designed the rooms are. Amazing experience and I hope that they open such business hotels across the country as they are doing something very tight!

A very nice hotel. Roms are very nice whit good sized badroom and very comfy beds . Rooms are very clean and modern. I had the pleasure of the very nice staff Arun-OM , Yasmeen and Dharshini they provide me whit exelent service and help. I Can truly recomend this place. Kind regards Christian Christensen

Awesome experience staying in the luxurious hotel like this. Everything is just mind blowing. The rooms are excellently furnished, food is really yummy and the service is beyond comparison. The view from the room gives a peace of mind. I will suggest everyone to stay here.
