The stuff was super nice and friendly!! We love this place, the garden was beautiful and the entrance to the rooms was very private and comfortable. The swimming pool is clean and good looking. The breakfasts were delicious, need to choose what you gonna it one day in advance. The best villas we stayed on Bali in the similar price range. The location is amazing too

Very spacious rooms. Good water pressure. AC works fine. Nice environment. Friendly staff. 10 minutes away from the market and the Royal Palace and (in the opposite direction) the monkey forest. There's a nice restaurant right across the street. The swimming pools are really cute. Highly recommended.

I can only say that I am unlucky. There are 4 rooms booked here and my room is the worst. The water is so small that it is difficult to wash hands. The air conditioner is not cold and noisy. I asked if I could change rooms, but he said that the room was full. I couldn't change rooms. Finally, I had to go to my friend's room to take a shower. It was inconvenient to go out. There was nothing to eat or go shopping nearby. It was far away from everywhere. The service attitude was okay. But I couldn't respect his room. The worst room I have ever stayed in in my life

I put a shower filter on, but it was nice that it wasn't as dirty as I thought. It was pretty clean. The duvet smelled a bit but it was ok. I was busy, so I couldn't pay for breakfast. There is a free coffee time in the afternoon, but it was strong coffee, but it was delicious. It is very close to the yoga class, and there is also a friendly and delicious restaurant and massage shop across the street from the accommodation. This was very good. The staff are kind. The air conditioner seemed to be quite recent, so it was cool and nice right away. There is a painting that looks like a human portrait in the room, but that was a bit scary.

It is also close to downtown Ubud, and there are massage shops and restaurants near Suksu. It was convenient and good, such as a convenience store Especially, it is a very good value for money accommodation. It's clean, well maintained, and quarantined every day. The manager is also friendly. Satisfied to stay for two days

Nice boutique hotel, very close to the ubud center, lots of eateries. Friendly staff, trying the best to make you feel well. Room is nice and big enough. There are 2 swimming pools and always a sunbed avaliable. All in all, a nice hotel with very sempatic staff. We will definetly come back.

The staff and hospitality at this hotel was second to none. We looked around initially and came across Pramana Villas and was drawn to the beauty of their resorts, villas and hotels. They all have been designed and maintained wonderfully. They all give off a truly authentic Balinesian vibe to them all. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and the staff were so welcoming, allowed us to store our baggage and reassured that our baggage will be transferred to our room when the room was ready, which they were. The rooms were incredibly clean, spacious and airy. We had the room overlooking the pool. The staff allowed us to have breakfast on the day we checked in despite this not being included as we had planned to travel early the next day, they accommodated this straight away no problem and the food was amazing, we had a choice of noodles or rice accompanied with fresh fruits and desert and hot drink. The hotel only has a handful of rooms but we felt this gave us the privacy and quietness we wanted. It came with two pools too which the staff allowed us to swim even in the night (keeping noise to the bare minimum of course), I don’t think any other hotel will offer this. We checked out early for our flight back home and the staff tentatively called our room the night before asking if we would like breakfast prepared to take away to the airport with us!! These little things are what make the experience so much better and a really nice touch. I can’t recommend them enough, if anyone is around Ubud area, definitely come here you won’t be disappointed. This was an awesome experience, area was very beautiful, pools were amazing. The staff were very kind and were always available if needed. Food, service was amazing! I will be coming back in the future. Definitely give 5 star highly recommended

This place is a GEM. We found this place on ******* after staying at a nearby hotel that was double the price, but not as good. The staff is friendly, cute and clean space, everything you need. Pool is nice, location great, very walkable and feels bright and safe. 100% RECOMMEND The one thing, the TV system didn’t work well, but could manage well. Especially with rate I paid and everything else being so great.

Have just finished a 3 night stay which was the 2nd time I have stayed here. Loved it again. The location is great, close to a lot of restaurants, shops etc but still very quiet and private. Our room was clean and comfortable and the aircon worked very well. The 2 pools are lovely and not busy which is great. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Would stay again!
