The front desk staff was kind and the room service was convenient. The rooms are well equipped. The sheets and towels were also clean.

I stayed for 2 nights in a superior room. Since it was my first time in Bali, I chose this place because it had good reviews on social media, and it was very clean and nice. Breakfast was served from 6:30, which was helpful as we had an early flight, and it was delicious. The person at the front desk spoke English so fast that I could barely understand it (it might be difficult for people who can't speak English. They weren't very kind to me in that area.) thank you for helping me. I will use you again if I have a chance to go to Bali.

Stay 1 nigth at the Primebiz Hotel Kuta, good points are : prime location, close to kuta beach as well as Air port, good room environment, good sheet, duvvee as well as pilow, proper amenities, water spray & proper hot water spread last but not least close to KRESNA the famous *oleh²*. Things need to be improved : towel a litle bit become grey color, poor variety of break fast menu, receptionist did not show their pation as hotelier.

Good place to stay nearby airport

The hotel is well located in Kuta, although not quite close to the busy streets. The staff is not very friendly (you have to pay for water beyond two tiny bottles per day), and the breakfast gave us food poisoning. The room had a view of the meeting room, dark and with constant traffic. The equipment is of good quality and rare at this price. The bedding is good, and the wifi is excellent.

Overall okay, super helpful & friendly staffs, cozy room, clean room, bedsheet & towel. Also located very close to the airport (just in 10 mins). Recommended hotel to stay. Def will come back. Thank you.

Great hotel and easy to find the location,very spaces room with good facilities and amenities smell so nice.very friendly staff,and the TV channel was better and updated choice for adults and kids better than other 4 star 🌟 hotel that we stayed after.wish to come back again.worth for 💸 money

The room is relatively small, and there is a lot of noise from the side of the road. There are generally not many types of breakfast, and shopping is not very convenient. The price/performance ratio is not high. Most of them are locals staying. The bathroom is okay. The hotel is average, so I didn't take pictures
