Ok mantap

Hotel with a good environment and good location. Swimming pool have a nice view. Waiter service very good. A lot of nice food around the hotel.

Oke mantap

This type of hotel is indeed a bit dim. The room is not bright enough and not clean enough for a 4 star class. Even though the location is good right next to the fashion house, unfortunately the pillows have a bit of an unpleasant smell and the towels are black + torn. Please pay more attention.

one of the best 4 star hotels in Bandung city with comfortable facilities and easy access to everywhere near to the famous rumah mode, clean and comfortable rooms with many aminities and a homely atmosphere. The service is excellent, highly recommended

Stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe room on 5th floor. Well located at Setiabudhi street beside Rumah Mode about 15 minutes from Bandung train station & 40 minutes from Pasteur toll gate. Large open parking area beside the hotel. Room was fairly large but the decor is a little dated. Our first night stay was very disapponting. We found very dirty & a lot of hair on the carpet floor, sink drainage was clogged, mouldy bathroom, filthy towel, torn bad sheet, dirty pillow sheet, filthy & damp blanket, light on the table was off, music from discotheque on the basement was so loud until 2am. The points plus are nice swimming pool on the 11th floor & the hotel staffs were courteous & friendly.

Everything is very clean, elegant, the service is pool friendly too, the only thing is that 1 swimming pool has a lot of it breaking and the porcelain is coming off, it's a bit painful, please repair it immediately, it's dangerous if left unattended, but overall everything is okay, the kids will ask to go there again when they go to Bandung

Overall ok. Only when I checked in and entered the room, in the toilet there was still a durable packaging that was hidden by the previous guest (under the sanitary bin). Please improve the cleanliness again.

The room is spacious, comfortable, the view is very good, with a large swimming pool on the roof top, while swimming while looking at the city of Bandung from above

The location is very strategic right next to Rumah Mode and is clean and tidy. The amenities are quite complete, there is a hair dryer and also a mirror for make-up. But it's a shame you can't get coffee and tea and there's no water heater provided. I also don't understand why the available power plugs only have 3 holes...not the Indonesian standard which uses 2 holes. So, it's best to bring a travel adapter to be safer. The housekeeping service is really poor, I asked for additional towels from the evening until the time I wrote this review and they didn't come. So, I'm really disappointed on that. I also don't understand why this hotel provides free water in the bathroom! Meanwhile, water which turns out to be paid for is placed right in front of the room entrance. BTW, I only found out that the water was paid for when I checked out... there wasn't any information in the room stating that the water was paid for, so it was very disappointing. I don't think am going to stay over again with such poor service like this. Thank you.

the rooms are clean, comfortable, can you relax or not, if the swimming pool has hot water it would be cooler hehe but overall I like it 🫶🏻

The breakfast is the best, the view from the room is the best, next door is Rumah Mode, in front of it is the Setiabudi supermarket, the location is the best, close to PVJ, the rooms are clean, the rooms are spacious, the 4 children and I really like it, it will be the first choice if you go to Bandung and of course using a trip. Com the best price
