Room was clean. Location was good. Is a basic room. For parking, they don't have a designated parking slot.

Inside George Town and walking distance to eateries and located with some famous food around.

If no sign to clean up the room it's need to back hotel before 4 pm to get cleaning service. Or call reception to get new towels and water. However service are quite good and sincere feeling.

Very good value for money stay, gets the job done for a weekend getaway. Comfortable beds and blankets, ample space in our Twin Room to load and unload suitcases, nice couch for relaxing and a very big bathroom and shower area. There was also, thankfully, a safe to keep valuables locked up securely during the day, can't believe many hotels I've stayed at recently don't have one! However, there were no cups provided in the toilet for brushing teeth, the main door was not well insulated, so we could easily hear other guests in the hallway during the evening (walls and windows were okay) and the cover for the safe's battery compartment was loose, so we had to constantly put the AAA batteries used to power the safe, back into the compartment so the safe works correctly. That needs to be fixed ASAP, because there is a chance valuables could be locked in the safe if the battery falls out when the door is closed.

Room and toilet is very good and new. But sound proofing in window is very bad, fortunately mostly street are empty at night and the door is heavy so the closing is loud. Service is okay but don’t expect to be greeted. Deposit is 100 RM.

First visit this hotel in Penang . The Location very convenience .

The toilet ventilation fan is spoiled, so after 1 person's output, the next person cannot use the toilet anymore. The smell will stay for a long period of time. The air-con is too cold directly under the air-con, but very stuffy for the person to sleep on both far ends.

The hotel rooms were good and comfortable. The aircond is satisfactory, and it could be better to have more cooling from the airconds. The TV channels is lacking and must be improved with better channels offerings. Thank you

Clean and vwry conviniemt. Easy yo find local foods. Reasonable price. Freindly staff. Safe neighbouhood. Couple traveller. Will book this hotel next time qhen I return to Penang.

Everything else was good, but there was an unexpected extra charge upon check-in: RM 50 per person, per night. This was unacceptable, especially since no extra bedding was provided for this cost.

Location is close to convenient to look for food, walking distance. The hair dryer power is a bit small The bed is very comfy The receptionist are very informative and helpful There are no provate parking but public parking is just in front of the hotel.

Hotel was absolutely comfortable - from the friendly staffs to the spotless room which was spacious. Check in and check out was smooth, pay cash deposit upon checking in. Housekeeping met our expectations. Location - close to many eateries. Parking is available in front of the hotel. If parked at the yellow parking lot, you'll need to pay parking fee which can be arranged through the reception. Overall - a pleasant stay. Keep up the good work guys.

Room is clean and surrounding is quiet. Comfortable queen and single bed for a triple room. Convenient location and staffs at front desk are friendly and helpful.
