Very cosy hotel and convenient with shops and restaurants just around the corner.

The hotel is located in the city center and there are different restaurant options nearby! The room is clean and a terrace room is also provided. The overall experience is very good!

The Brewster Mountain Lodge is the best place to stay in Banff. Great location with big, beautiful, clean rooms. Park in the heated underground parking lot and you can just walk to anywhere downtown.

I have nothing negative about this property. Enjoyed our time and will use this location again. I will gladly recommend it to my friends

2nd stay at Brewster Mountain Lodge and has been great both times. Amazing location just off Banff Ave and very convenient to have on-site underground parking.

A good hotel in a perfect location. Breakfast is nothing special, but a healthy selection of what you need for an active day. Good beds and a charming design.

Noise at 6:45 in the morning, basically is impossible to sleep. I’m recommending that management will use the ear plugs that they provide in the room and then try to sleep. We came to relax not work, by the way they are cheap quality too. We never will stay in this hotel again. Plus I don’t mind to pay for parking but on ******* site is just saying that parking I available It should say “Parking $ available,Space limited” Parking in Banff is very difficult and done get me wrong it is convenient to have spot to park downtown Banff, but should be offered right away. Super helpful staff! Downtown Banff is hard to beat and you’re right in the thick of it. You can walk to all the food, groceries, liquor, coffee, outdoor equipment rental…

The stay was really good and we would definitely come back, only downside was the room was very hot even after adjusting the temperature!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had. The location is amazing! It is close to all the shops and restaurants. I recommend this to all visitors!!

Everything was great at the Brewster Mountain Lodge. Perfect location, great breakfast, quiet, fantastic service. The only thing I wish they had is a newer mattress as my side was a bit sunken, which is a bit uncomfortable for belly down sleeping position

Staff members were very nice. The place is directly in downtown Banff so it was so easy to check out the area. Everything was a walking distance. I also like that they have a parking garage for their customers. Great place!

We travel every year to a different ski location in North America and this accommodation in Banff is the best value we have found so far. The rooms are well appointed, spacious, and very clean. The included breakfast is excellent and great way to prepare for a long day on the slopes. The staff were very friendly and over the top helpful. Thank you Brewster Mountain Lodge.
